It's so strange to hear the parts where he says "Shotgun" when you're already used to hearing the underground 2 version
I feel like this song is the epidome of the feeling of almost unlocking coal harbor
Cause at that point you're "On a mission" 🤙 (mostly to unlock everything)
It's actually Jackson Height
And Brooke Burke is the GOAL!
Your comment would be way cooler if you had spelled “epitome” correctly…
This song gets me so hype it's unreal, love seeing all the OG Underground 2 players collectively enjoying this banger.

oh this album is massive, its that 2000s sound you never knew the name of
It's called breakbeat, a subgenre of electronic music from the UK that was big back in the mid 90s to early 2000s (1995-2004).
Well known artists include Cirrus, Fatboy Slim, Crystal Method, Prodigy, Andy Hunter, BT, Paul Oakenfield, Ils, Junkie XL and some of Fluke's stuff.
@@dtxspeaks268 Gotta mention The Crystal Method and The Prodigy too
@@Baqsam my bad I forgot to list them lol. I was doing my best to give all the legends from the top of my head credit
Listening since nfsu2 came out!
Saw Cirrus at a rave in 1999 in Pittsburgh. Was a couple nights before new years 2000...Metaphysical Transformation. DJ Craze spun Drum & Bass the same night.
Oooooooh, nostalgia!!!
Esas tardes de Need for Speed por las calles nocturnas escuchando unas rolonas como esta, que tiempos :(
VAMOS JOGAR
I remember this song. I had Cool Boarders 2001 on my ps2 and this song was one my most favorite in that game.

Cool Boarders 2001.

Thanks for uploading
The soundtrack to Mortal Kombat: Annihilation introduced me to this dope ass song! That being even if it never appeared in the actual film though.
shitty movie but excellent soundtrack
@@mixesbyfirmament I thought the movie was fairly good, even if I'm in the minority when it comes to that. Even then, it surely wasn't nearly as bad as the lame Super Mario Bros., Double Dragon, and Street Fighter ones at the very least too! (L.O.L.!) But the soundtrack was definitely amazing at the very least, which you can't dare deny though.
@@freakyfornash If you compare it with the films listed, it may not be so bad, but as the second part it is definitely a failure. Even if you compare the CGI and special effects of the first and second parts, the second part looks just disgusting with a much larger budget.
@@mixesbyfirmament Well I personally liked it, even if I could perhaps see why others may not have. But even then, it still came not close to being as great as the original Mortal Kombat film was. That of which was going to be a tough act to follow for certain. But it was the only video-game movie which was good enough to get a sequel with that being said though, despite Annihilation landing with such a loud thud however.
Big Beat rocks!
NFS: U2 ftw
Played this going 110 down a highway for 3 minutes straight with the windows down tonight. Felt like I was in NFS Underground 2 with my Eclipse

4 years ago when i was 7 years oh nostalgia when i''ve played this game!
From 2009-2019 stil my favorite song

"CHUE PSHH CHUE PSHH CHUE PSHH"
When i heard some lyrics cutted in NFSUG2, i though it was f-words or something, but it is only 'shotgun'
Its funny how no one remembers that this song was on the Mortal Kombat: More Kombat CD.
Thank You! i wondered where this comment was lol
@@coreystukey2588 The Mortal Kombat movies were not that great....but the sountracks were absolutely a time capsule of 90's music.
@@LostInTheFarmersMarket no doubt they weren't great but to me in my time and place of childhood they where fantastic
@@coreystukey2588 I still listen to all three albums, the movies were what they were. This is our generation's culture.
Movies were more than grand for their time. They are the classic of their Era similarly to "LotR", "Matrix", "Tron" or even "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids".
Old school
brabo!
In NFSUG2, the word "shotgun" is ommited from this song's lyrics. Was that done to make the game more appropriate for a Teen rating with the ESRB?
Probably. Tho "NOBODY! NOBODY GETS OUT ALIVE!" got in 💀
Let's set the GPS and get to the race.

I spent a day trying to find a song that was present in some games and movies from the late 90s and early 2000s
the music has an Electronic rock industrial nu style, very similar to the bands Cirrus, Senser and Prodigy. No, it's not Disturbed. It's an underground band, maybe it's not even a band but rather a project that makes music for OSTs.
PlayStation 1 and 2 games like need for speed, Mx Mototrax, Demolition Racer, Vigilant 8, Road Rash and similars. But I've looked through all the soundtracks of these games and I couldn't find it. Help pleaseee
