    My mom grew up in Bellaire and 610 ended up being put right through their neighborhood near Beechnut. The state purchased like 6 houses on each street only a few years after the subdivision was built to creates right of way for the freeway. The freeway replaced Post Oak Boulevard and opened in the late 60s. The freeway was pretty loud at night when I spent the night over there in the 80s.

An outbound minor rd that slants left on the West Loop tunnel the West Loop to access the inside feeder rd on the other side. With an inbound minor rd that slants right from the West Loop must have a tun under the West Loop from the inside feeder rd on the other side. Evergreen St at the West Loop must tun the West Loop. Fournace Blvd and Bissonnet St at the West Loop be a wide median rds. The feeder rds be moved from the rd for the rd to be widened. The feeder rds be widened to 8 lns (4 lns 1 way). At driveways and intersections, the feeder rds have right turn and merge lns. The West Loop be a 1 bridge overpass over Bissonnet and Fournace. The West Loop depresses to grade level at Beechnut, Bellaire, and Westpark. Beechnut be a 2 ln overpass over the West Loop with parallel below grade level feeder rds. Bellaire be a 4 ln overpass over the West Loop with parallel below grade level feeder rds. Westpark be a 4 ln overpass over the West Loop with parallel below grade level feeder rds. Westpark be a toll rd. Exit ramps after intersections. Entrance ramps before intersections. Two inside feeder rd lns overpass Bissonnet and Fournace. At Beechnut be 12 lns. In the underground express, at Beechnut be 12 lns, between Beechnut and Bissonnet be 10 lns, and the rest to Westpark be 12 lns. On the sides be sidewalks not to be near the rd. Under the future above grade level rr tracks parallel to Westpark be a tun for a small rd for ATVs, bikes, go-karts, mo-peds, power bikes, and power scooters. Westpark be a state highway. While Beechnut, Bellaire, Bissonnet, and Fournace be spur highways.

With Clinton, that's Westbound Clinton to Northbound 610 and Southbound 610 to Eastbound Clinton. With Gellhorn, that's Southbound Gellhorn to Southbound 610 and Northbound 610 to Northbound Gellhorn. With Wallisville, that's Westbound Wallisville to Northbound 610 and Southbound 610 to Eastbound Wallisville. With McCarty, that's Westbound McCarty to Southbound and Westbound 610, Eastbound 610 to Eastbound McCarty, and Northbound 610 to Eastbound McCarty.     The Sidney Sherman Bridge over the ship channel must be lengthened and raised. On the south side, must be as far as halfway between, Tx 225 and Old Galveston Rd. On the north side, must be as far as halfway between, Clinton and Market St. Must be high as 209 ft. Have 2 cable towers. Be widened to 12 lanes. Have 2 additional bridges that are feeder rd bridges. That be 4 lns (2 lns 1 way) with shoulder lns. While be side rds along the Sidney Sherman. That'll intersect the Future East Loop Ext, 225, Lawndale St, and Clinton. Will be 4 lns (2 lns 1 way). Mississippi St will tun. Lawndale will overpass this side rds as 6 lns with parallel grade level feeder rds. Lawndale will be a toll rd. Clinton will overpass this side rds with parallel grade level feeder rds as 2 lns. Will be an express rd. Will have a ferry at the ship ch. On both ends of side rds, must arch a little to make way for a pedestrian pathway to the feeder rd bridges, because of sidewalks along the ped bridges.

    Memorial Park is to arch above the West Loop. That benefits both. More parkland for the park and more lanes for the Badly Needed West Loop. Buffalo Bayou at the West Loop be piped. With the feeder rds at driveways and any roads that intersect, must be right turn lns and merge lns. Sides of feeder rds in developed areas must get sidewalks not to be near the rd. At intersections be sideawalk ramps. Pedestrian bridge be converted into ped tunnels. By schools be ped tunnels. An outbound minor rd that slants left at 610 that tunnels 610 to access inside feeder rd on other side, must be a slant ped tun under the feeder rd on the other side linking to the minor rd that tunnels. An inbound minor rd that slants right at 610 that has a tun from inside feeder rd on the other side, must have a slant ped tun under the feeder rd on the other side to link with the inbound minor rd that tunnels. On the side of feeder rds at slant rds, must be ped tunnels. On the West Loop on the north side of Memorial Dr be a slant tun to link to Northbound North Post Oak. On the west side of the West Loop, be a ped tun under N Post Oak. Vacant land south of Chevron on southeast corner of the East Loop and Wallisville Rd, will become part of Chevron to realign to. That's to make way for expansion of the East Loop and too Wallisville. On a new south end driveway of Chevron at the East Loop, will be a tun to access the inside southbound feeder rd. Too be a ped tun under the southbound feeder rd to link to the driveway that tunnels. On the east side, must be a ped tun under the new south end driveway. Be a slant ped tun under Eastbound North Loop Feeder Rd on the west side of Homestead Rd to link with the Eastbound Kelley Feeder Rd that underpasses the North Loop. On the north side of the North Loop on the west of Homestead be a ped tun under Westbound Kelley Feeder Rd. Be a slant ped tun under Eastbound North Loop Feeder Rd on the east side of Hardy Toll Rd to link with Eastbound Kelley Feeder Rd that tunnels the North Loop from Inside Eastbound North Loop Feeder Rd. On the north side of the North Loop be a ped tun under Westbound Kelley Feeder Rd. Be a slant ped tub under Northbound West Loop Feeder Rd north of Richmond Ave to link with Northbound Post Oak Feeder Rd that tunnels the West Loop from Inside Northbound West Loop Feeder Rd. On the west side of the West Loop be a ped tun under Southbound Post Oak Feeder Rd. Pipelines that intersect 610 in develped areas have hike and bike trail tunnels. Both sides of waterways intersecting 610 in developed areas have concrete hike and bike trails running under bridges. Both sides of piped waterways intersecting 610 in developed areas have hike and bike tr tunnels. At grade passenger train lines intersecting 610 parallel to Fulton Rd and Fannin St be raised above grade level and to be another to be a subway, due to their is going to be flood tunnels and the subways be with flood doors. Will be intersecting above grade level rapid transit train lines with one at the North Loop west of I-69, and others intersecting parallel to Lawndale St, Market St, Liberty Rd, Hardy Toll Rd, North Main St, Old Galveston Rd, Reveille Rd, Mykawa Dr, Alameda Rd, Future North-South Toll Rd, Westpark Dr, Katy Rd, and Hempstead Rd. Be subway lines intersecting with one at the North Loop west of 69, and others parallel to Lawndale, Market, Liberty, Hardy, N Main, Old Galveston, Mykawa, Almeda, Future North-South Toll Rd, Westpark, Katy Rd, and Hempstead. Be elevated shuttle lines. With one running on north side of North Loop east of East End Kelley Rd and between, West End Kelley Rd and Shepherd Rd. The others intersecting parallel to Homestead, Lockwood St, Hirsch Rd, Jensen Dr, Irvington Rd, Fulton Rd, Airline Dr, N Main, Yale St, Shepherd Dr-Durham Dr, Ella Blvd, Broadway St, Telephone Rd however arching over 610, Long Dr however arching over 610, Martin Luther King Blvd, Scott St, Stella Link St, Braeswood Dr however arching over 610, Beechnut St, Bellaire Blvd, Bissonnet St however arching over 610, Richmond, Westheimer Rd, Memorial Dr, Katy Rd, and Hempstead Rd. Amtrak Trains will run above at North Loop west of 69, and parallel to Liberty, Hardy, Almeda, Katy Rd, and Hempstead. Will be a Texas Limited Passenger Train running above parallel to Galveston Rd heading to Texas City and Galveston. While be an above grade level magnetic levitation train line intersecting 610 parallel to Liberty, Hardy, Old Galveston, Katy Rd, and Hempstead.

    The bus rapid transit along the West Loop must depress underground.
