RWB Atlanta - Mini Documentary - CLERMONT - Porsche 911

- Akira Nakai of Rauh-Welt Bergiff builds the first RWB Porsche on East coast in Atlanta, Georgia for Tate Askew at MotorCarStudio.
This is not your average RWB car video showing Akira Nakai just building another beautiful piece of Porsche art work. Clermont is more about the RWB family and what it means to be in the owners club of Nakai's brain child. RWB Porsches' are more like owning a bespoke suit, where it is measured and fitted only for you. To be a RWB owner is to be given a gift from one friend to another. You don't sell it, you Drive it!!
A lot went into building this car and we can't thank everyone enough!
-We'd like to thank everyone at the RWB family for your support and generosity in making this dream a reality.
-Special thanks to MotorCarStudio for helping and facilitating the clermont build and we look forward to many many more.

At 10:11, man is so chill and talented. Supervises two guys work while drilling a hole! Drill looks level asf to! Mad respect to his experience and craftsmanship.
to meet nakai would be the biggest honor to me.. to just sit and watch him craft one of his cars would be a blessing. the art behind the engineering is amazing, the fact that he put so much detail into the cars are crazy. i honestly look up to him and his passion and i hope to one day just shake hands and commend him on everything he brought to todays automobile culture
I have nothing but respect for Nakai and the work he's doing.
Respect for ruining a classic??
self tap screwed and silicone fenders, airsawing the original Porsche sheet metal.....yeah how can you respect that ???
Depends on what one considers a "classic". Consider that RUF and others have been modifying stock 911's for decades, and in my mind doing a good job. While this particular build is not my cup of tea, I don't see it as ruining a classic.
Had he done this to a '73 RS, then I'd be in full agreement with you.
canyoneagle Ruf is technically under german law a manufacture and the 911 build for ruf were initially intended for them.........but this 911 was a special 25 anniversary carrera model......... all aircooled 911 are classics......
canyoneagle also RWB is a hipster vabe tuner that is. very tacky.... if your gonna extremely modify a car at least do it right (tastefully, period correct, and functional) and use wrecked beater cars like SINGER, ICON 4X4, EMORY which in my mind true outlaw designers.............
gold and green go fantastically well together.
Extremely well together
Green for the Money...
Gold for the Honey!
Almost like the Green Bay Packers thought of that one
First saw that combo on the new Lamborghini, really liked it.
Bri ish.
That willow green is gorgeous. Great to watch the master, Nakai at work.
To see this made in my home city, and be able to see it with Akira Nakai at Caffeine and Octane was was awesome. Exceptional car and video.
I love that his tools and techniques are so "simple". True-backyard build, yet with such craftsmanship. He finishes the front lip using 12" of newspaper, some painters tape, and a spray can of trim paint. Yet, it's a flawless step because he knows exactly what he's doing= Straight OG.
Dan Taylor - "straight OG"? It's a Porsche, not a blunt! ahahahahahahaha! 😂😂😂
what does blunts gotta do with OG?
StopMoColorado he is a og my nigga.
Looks beauty- those rims looks awesome but probably heavy AF. The owner seems very cool.
Awesome car. Great name - Clermont.
I finally get it. What a legend this guy is.
Thanks Tate, for inviting me and letting me be a part of this!!!! Not only did I get to partake in this awesome adventure with you, but I have met, and made some awesome friends along the way! Bucket list...... definitely!
Brett May, perfection!
RWB is real Craftsmanship, pure ART and Styling
+Artful Dodger there spraying sealants and stuff
+Artful Dodger Lol whatever
Yeah I love their work
This JAPO is a ricer brotha.......ruining a classic and rare carrera anniversary model..
Theres thousands of others around, RWb builds are Carreras. Nothing rare about it at first, Nakai San makes them unique...and now its a rare. because there no other 964 like it.
This guy, Nakai. Just simply awesome! He own this video.
2:39 Gotta admit I cringed a bit when the drill slipped as he was screwing in through the fender. Amazing build. Thanks for putting this up.
It was by nakai so it adds character
The guy sounds like he is trying to justify how much he spent on this car. At the end of day it is just a body kit, but watching the way Nakai installs it is truly a treat.
Master Japanese craftsman. Respect.
In love with RWB one day I will too be a RWB family member
What a Incredible mini documentary for love of art on wheels worldwide
Incredible video for an incredible car. We're honored to have been involved with such an elite build!
He's a marvel to see in person. Just did a job with him recently, posted the vid - check it out if ya interested!
Watching all these videos on Labor Day weekend and seeing that one man can bring people together.
All RWB's video have great cinematography, to be honest.
What an amazing video!! So well shot. The car is epic. And those North Georgia roads in the fall. One of my most favorite places to drive in the world. Drove my 997 there last September and every mile was special. Thank you!!!
Hello, I love Nakai's work. The respect and love he has for this car. Such great respect and devotion for his work is fascinating. One life will not be enough to learn alongside Mr. Nakai! Always happy to follow you and see you at work. Looking forward to following you again.
Thank's for that

This is for sure one of the better REB builds videos. Seen a few and the obvious lack of dialog in others spoil them. Awesome people awesome cars.

Akira Nakai has some serious skills... man I wouldn't care what people think just as long as I get my hands on a RWB
Nakai looks so badass here 13:50 with the wrench
A true master of pure perfection 🔧🔩
Really great video! I recently discovered RWB and have been fascinated with the cars, as well as with Nakai San and his process. I only wish I could afford to have my own some day!
One hundred percent awesomeness!
Dude has swagger --- Cheers Nakai.. Come back anytime.
Apart from the beauty that is the RWB, did anyone notice the Abarth logo on the steering wheel?
What a fantastic production! I'm said I missed it! All in my home town too!
I really really love the colour on this car
such a unique guy. if i ever get the funds I'm joining the RWB family awesome video
Pat Goslin how much is his kit...?
김제우 approximately $35,000 at the end
I hope you don't get the funds.......true enthusiast appreciate the car for what it is.....not how it makes you look....
^ Not what RWB is about but ok
Ill spit on your dreams too pal. To each his own but damn. Again, why did you watch the video if all you are going to do is drag Nakai and anyone who likes his works of art???
