Self Check In und Self Bagagge drop off; Lounge mit geschlossenen Duschen und nur lauwarmen bzw. kaltem Essen; keine Trennung beim Boarding (45 Minuten verspätet) zwischen Economy und Business; dann wie bei einer Low Budget Ballermann Airline Treppe runter laufen, im überfüllten Bus quer über das Flugfeld, Bus steht mit geschlossenen Türen 10 Minuten vor dem Flugzeug, dann per Treppe uns Flugzeug; Abflug nach 60 Minuten Verspätung im Flugzeug wartend; nach der Ankunft 40 Minuten auf das Gepäck warten (das Priority Gepäck kam als letztes). Mehr als enttäuschend. Und dass, zu einem horrenden Preis. Das nächste Mal ggf. lieber mit Stop Over Abu Dhabi und Etihad nach Bangkok
Thai airways are super good, but thanks to the bankruptcy it’s has being hard for the airline. The flight attendance are super nice and the service is good, I only fly bussnies and first. Stop judging this airline so much! I have an bad experience with Korean air first class, and I’m not being a jerk about it
Thai is gradually bringing back services, such as hot towels, that disappeared during the pandemic. I needed to phone them recently, so I used their US number (toll-free and therefore free everywhere via Google Voice or Skype) and they answered in about 2 minutes. Way faster and better phone service than almost any airline recently.
I use to fly proudly with Thai Airways from Europe to Thailand and I remember been so happy and excited , I saw the degradation of quality in food , hygiene and service on board , it became like low cost flight but with super expensive seat price tag , and I m talking economy not business or first , no more lil flowers offered , no more good food on board , no more extra blanket when it was freezing with full blast air con , and no more super nice sweet vibes service with flight attendant . Dirty plane included nasty toilets after few hours flight , the food was HORRIBLE which I was really surprised . They cut money everywhere they can and don t care about passengers no more , it s like charter service but wayyyyy overprice , So I don t fly with Thai no more , better deal and service with middle east airlines doing the same route .
I am Thai and im gonna be real, the service downgraded but its because of the pandemic, hopefully Thai Airways will upgrade their services when the pandemic is starting to disappear!
From local perspective, a lot of Thai fly TG just for points redeemed seats. We are not willing to pay full fare to expereience random servie standard and eat Thai food that made just like school canteen but catered to business class.
From the 2.35 min, the headline on the top left should be Thai Airways Royal First Class Lounge instead of Bangkok Airways which is different airline. For your improving of correct information.

I always refused to take Thai airways. The service is terrible, which is kind of strange since the service on the ground in Bangkok is generally very good.

Just returned to Europe from a BKK vacation and flew Thai the first time in my life. I was very excited but after the 2 flights I have to say that I am devastated!! Old plane, old seats with absolutely NO storage options (are you kidding me??), good (not outstanding) service, mediocre entertainment program, and not even a menu card!! And I flew Business Class for quite a high price! Sorry but that way you will never make it through the crisis!! Maybe the CEO fly south 2h and learn from the best airline in the world!
Hey dongsang so happy to stopped by your channel and love it. I love Korea and have been to your beautiful country many times and my first since the pandemic would be April 1st next year! I love Jeju do and Busan most! I been 5 trips so far since borders reopened and was recently in Austria and Switzerland! I am from Singapore and I have a life for airplanes as my late dad was a pilot for Korean Air and Qantas! I have about 330 aircraft models all 200 and 400 scale ones! Yeah Thai has dropped alot in their standards partly due to bad mgmt even before COVID but COVID was the final nail. I used to fly many trips in Thai and they were always great before. Singapore Airlines is still great but cost cutting measures have made her less of a class of her own. I feel if they continue to cut costs and not care about their branding it is a real shame! Personally I love Korean Air more when compared to asian carriers! Hope to hear from you and if you ever come by Singapore I like to host you to great local foods and a island wide tour! 😀🇸🇬🇰🇷❤️... I am so disappointed Thai cancelled the flight Kathmand-Bangkok which I usesd to fly at least twice a year for the last 15 years. Now they send Thai Smile which does not have a proper business class, that is a pitty , when does Thai fly again????? to Kathmandu,,,,,,

Idk man. Comparing to what I’ve faced with united airline before the pandemic vs to Thai airways last month. I’d to say Thai airways is still far better than most of international airlines out there excepts the few higher tier ones. Based on my experience as I’m a Thai-American so I’ve been flying more frequently in the US domestic lines.
Most of US airlines have bad reputation sadly. Thai Airways should compete in Asian aviation market. Considering other decent airlines in Asia such as SQ/KE/NH, TG is not as good as them 🥲
Big disappointment with Thai Airways Business class?? Next time sit on economic class! you will save money.....big honey! Waste of money....better to walk from Korea to Thailand next time!
I love Thai Airways. I never give up on this airline when I was on my first ride to Bangkok at Christmas of 1990 until I re-ride the flight again in 2013 until now. The American virus ruined my Thailand trip, and now aren't yet getting ready to go there. I tell my dad, if he doesn't book a Thai Airways flight to Thailand? I would rather not go to Thailand. I must tell him the truth, Thai Airways to Bangkok and throughout Thailand is cheaper than Cathay Airways.

Even Singapore Airlines business class is not doing paper menu at the moment. They say it is due to health reasons.
I recenty took Singapore Airlines Business seat from ICN to SIN and most of its service came back including paper menu👍

You forget B787-9 and A330-343in fleet and some time use B777-200ER B787-8,B787-9,A35A,A35B for the route also icn is not their hub so it dirty

It was A350. Thai airways operates only A350 between BKK and ICN thesedays :)
Try Vietnam airlines, they make considerable efforts to enter the US.
