As most of the west African countries more then 40% of the population live under the extreme poverty line. May be 50% of National budget comes from foreign aide, now this situation won’t bring any change to the Nigers people. Now the international aides will be stop, France won’t buy the uranium, because they have other sources to meet the need. They may be going to bring back their soldiers.
