I strongly doubt that there will be a third round of counseling this year. Aspirants scoring 720 are not getting into AIIMS and might settle for lower-ranked colleges, which would be their best option. The top scorers likely won't leave their allotted colleges for potentially better options in the second round, as it's improbable.
Therefore, I believe the counseling process will conclude by the second round, with almost no chance of extending to a third round this year.
