JOUNAIL - I love your nail designs. As a "mature" person my nails are brittle and dry. Other than vitamins, what can I do so that I can occasionally glam my nails like you do?
If I may offer some advice, cuticle oil works wonders... I use naio nail brand right now but there's a few on amazon that are inexpensive and have great reviews. Also a simple overlay of builder gel in a bottle, just brush it right on like regular polish but cure it in a lamp. That will protect your nails from peeling and breaking and will allow them to grow and become stronger. I take vitamins too but just standard stuff so the oil and gel overlay has proven to really help a lot. Hope it helps you too 🙂
