I have been bowling for years and I can tell you, this is an excellent tutorial video for teaching the basics in throwing a strike. From the start position to aiming for the target arrows, this assumes that the beginner bowler is throwing predominantly a straight ball with very little hook. From there the bowler can make adjustments on where to aim depending upon how much hook their ball has after release. Very good.
+ Yartin nah bruh you're probably better than me at bowling cause i'm ass at it xD but yea in a few minutes i'm going bowling with my brother & friends til 4:00
@wyncity bowl & entertainment, thanks for your Vedios very useful i play league bowling at Clayton,. Can update on how to get strikes all the time. Please respond.
I'm a female right handed bowler with a 5 step delivery. I throw a straight ball with a slight hook at the pocket. My question is where do I stand to hit the 1-3 pocket for a strike? On what board and is it my toe or instep of left foot? How do I hold the ball? Is it out to the side a little bit? I know I need to have my hand under the ball but which way is my thumb pointing?
Ugh it's so hard to try to find one of these tutorial videos but with two handed I can't bowl with one I tried for some reason it just didn't work out. I bowl much better with two hands and I bowl with a hook it's just so hard to get tutorials I need to get my Form down better
When you begin to get your form right, the spin will come naturally depending on how you hold the ball. Don't force the spin. I now from experience that it's much harder to force it than it is to let it happen.
Well this is old but just what I need as a beginner...many thanks!

Because every once in awhile I lose balance at the last second and the ball goes straight
To the gutter
Me too I need get my form down better and get my follow thorough right better.
These videos are great, Andrew seems like a great coach. They're naff as fuck, though ;)
*dances to groovy music*
Going back to here
Im leaving the 7 a lot just like he did here.
isnt he dding a spin to it.. i can see the ball isnt moving in a straight line.. ?? should i be spinning it while releasing?

going bowling less than a hour. want at least 120 lol
I want my bowling game score is 100 between 300 during my bowling games each time I go bowling.
So, if we do the 4 feet approach, which foot is standing on the line with the middle arrow, the left or the right?
If you are a left handed bowler it will be your right foot and if you are a right handed bowler it will be your left foot.
This great for plastics but not with reactive balls
Interesting perspective. Can you elaborate? I'm a new bowler
@@rla8713plastics don't hook much and reactive hooks more but there are many reactive and plastic balls.
oh 😳
you only teach basics
This isn't really right guys I have a better technique throw up the ball to the middle pointer and its a strike seriously
