Thank you for making me think b4 creator combo purchase. I think you have swayed me, as I will just use on Travel where I am constantly moving from site to site. Extra Battery = this type of camera I won't be shooting for lengthy periods of time so when I put it back in my bag I always carry a power bank, so I can just recharge on the go. Your so right the point of this camera is how small it is. Mic = hmmm thought about it and I will not be talking so why do I need this? Funny because all the true vloggers show it in action, and it appears to be critical and we viewers get sucked in and think we will become CZcams vloggers.......uh. no. Filter, I can buy that later after I know how to use the camera. Plus, with money you save you can buy an entire filter kit from free well that has way more filters.
Fair points made, I went with the Creator Combo primarily for the wide angle lens and mic. Good point on the tripod, it's not wide enough to trust and yes the extra battery make the whole thing too long. Figured I use it if out and about and running out of juice. So far this is definitely a winner.
Skipped the creator combo and bought the ND filter pack, wide angle lens and expansion adapter. Really wanted the battery handle until i realized its possible to keep it running with a power bank.
The battery is shockingly good on the pocket 3, handle not needed IMO. I got OVER 2 hours with 4K recording, with screen on the whole time and active track going, and that is nuts.

If i get a chance to biy the dji osmo pocket 3 i might save and get the creator combo but i don’t know if i would use anything but maybe tha battery pack and the witeless mic. But because the camera has a usb-c it can use any wireless mics wifh a usb-c reciever or u can use a usb-c to 3.5mm mic.
while I dont own the mic2, I can confidently say no. The battery pack has a mount that blocks off the USB charger, you will not be able to physically plug in the battery pack into the dji mic.

the combo is nice if you like trying out stuff, but I imagine most people wont be using all of it. Even the mic system, not often used, simply because when I'm filming people with this, I am close enough and using internal audio. If you're interested in the wide angle or battery handle or mic, two of these items, I would go for the combo, but if only interested in one of them, then go separate. I think the issue for many is that they dont have the item to try, but on ebay, you can get a wide angle for $17 lol, the mic is $100 on its own, the battery handle like $60? either way, it's way over priced for the puny lifespan it offers, about 1000mah...... the smallest battery banks are like 5000mah for under 10 bucks...

Is it overheating or not? Many report that with dlog they can use the osmo pocket 3, only for 14 minutes. AND THIS AT TEMPERATURES 23-24c. Is it true or not?
there was an updated firmware when i got mine, so maybe it changed. dji does give a range of operating temps, the most stressful thing i did was 2 minutes of 4K 120. filmed a really long walking video, no issues so far. i have definitely done over the 15 minutes walking at the mall.

Disagee. I still prefer combo over standard. You thinking of cost saving of $100+ what if you dont have power bank with you the day you outdoor all day not going back to the hotel or home? Power bank is bigger n heavier the battery pack that comes with the combo is much smaller n lighter.
2 full hours and 8 minutes of continuous 4K, 50% brightness screen turned on the whole time, and active track going. a 5000 mah battery bank is tiny and gives you 5x more power than the handle, and it doesn't need to be mounted. The non powered handle makes the whole pocket 3 not pocketable as it is.

if you buy the whole kit and sell off the parts you need, you will come out ahead. This will work if there's a healthy market of buyers in the early days, as time progresses, the demand will drop.

Mate, I think you're missing the point completely. The creator pack is for... creators. So instead of this boring static shot you're presenting us with, you could move around while the Pocket 3 tracks you. That's why they also pack it with a mic. It's a great product for, say it with me, CREATORS! Guess big head doesn't always mean big brain 😂
Are you a creator? I have two other monetized channels and have already made videos with the pocket, it’s called multi angle. Why would a creator use a camera with single focal length as an A cam? A- cam is first to be rolling, might be the only one rolling, it will use a mic that has universal compatibility. Why exactly would i want a mic that can be used for exactly one camera instead of the 6+ cameras i have?

Thank you for explaining multi-angle, maybe use it in your next video? 😂As for focal length, that's kind of missing the point because you can reposition the camera. Now I know that an MCU on a 20mm is not ideal, but if you want to start with content creation this package is mega bang for your buck. Should it be the only camera in your arsenal? Probably not. But it looks like it can be your first and most versatile one. As for the mic, that's DJI's Mic 2, which means you will probably be able to buy a receiver for it and use it with your other cameras. Sorry for ragging on you earlier, it's just that videos where people nitpick on a product just to say that they have a different angle, while completely missing the obvious point of the camera, rub me the wrong way. This camera, from what I have seen, could probably be a game changer. I am gonna pick up one today and play with it, and if it holds up, we will start using it across the board in our pipeline.
