Biden offered immediate assistance to Ohio, and the Governor of Ohio turned it down and said he could handle it. In the end it turns out that Ohio couldn't handle it, but the good news is that no one died. It also didn't rise to the disaster level for a Presidential visit, and people need to learn that not all disaster require Presidential visits.
Seriously? You are upset that the president didn't visit some hole-in-the-wall town with a population of 4K? The people who died working on the bridge were just doing their jobs, and the amount of economic impact this bridge has on the local economy is massive in comparison. Which is more important, 125K jobs impacted, or some Republican Ohio toxic waste dump?

The scale of the disaster in Ohio doesn't warrant the level of Presidential action you are demanding. It was a mess, but no one died and the economic impact wasn't significant. The disaster merited immediate federal assistance which DeWine's actions delayed significantly, but it never merited a Presidential visit. Most disasters do not merit a Presidential visit, and that is a concept you don't understand.

There was a ship off at simons island, ga that went over and all those newly loaded cars. Fuel to deal with… Not sure if you remember that. It was headed to Baltimore, next stop. Golden Ray, sept 2019. I use to live ion an island below that one, went down to visit and saw it. What a mess that was ! Sept of 2021, I believe the channel was cleared.

Biden didn't take a motorcade all the way to Baltimore. If he had the traffic that P6 dealt with would have been a nightmare. What the Secret Service did was to forward deploy the motorcade a day or more ahead of time (this is what they have been doing for decades) and then Biden then flew there via Marine One where it also provided him a safe but close vantage point to the view the destruction, and then it landed at a pre-determined location where the motorcade could then take him to the location for the speech.
