A simple example: it starts raining , stopping all your plans for a sunny day. You can choose to get angry at event which you have no control over and ruin everything afterward. Or you can look for a brighter side to handle the rain, then go on living an enjoyable life. Answer is within you. The lesson is yours to learn. Suffering is indeed a great teacher.
No matter what happens, I always stick to the video until you say..."Stay blessed"! It sounds so real and positive that it seems like I'll get so many blessings after I hear that so I never dare to miss! 🙏😇

Fate is what we agreed to before we came to earth. Free will is all else as far as decisions and how we react to the ups and downs of life. You made it far more difficult then it is.

I speak from experience. Our only True Free Will is what we get to believe in in all facets of Life! Our Spirit is in control of every action and every thought based off that Belief. It knows the best path to re experience this part of our Evolution. We are already fully spiritual beings that chose to relive this experience. Free will is how one reacts to the unfolding of life. One can either "swim upstream" and eventually get exhausted, or relax and flow with the stream back to the Ocean of Oneness.
