Draw Bridge Opens After Amtrak Cascades Train Vancouver, WA 5-12-13

Amtrak Cascades train 507 heads south across the Columbia River draw bridge at Vancouver, WA. The bridge then swings open as soon as the train has cleared. Filmed May 12, 2013.

Is there someone operating the bridge, and what was that horn before it opened?

Yes, there is a bridge tender operating it and the horn is to alert people that the bridge is moving
