I'm 44yo and my oldest memory was when i was a toddler trying to learn to speak. When i thought nobody was looking or was in the room is when I'd start mimicing sounds people made. And i can remember the names and faces of every school teacher i had since Kindergarten. Even remember most my classmates. But on many subject i am definitely like a walking encyclopedia.

Intriguing! I can definitely relate to this list and even incorporate any new ideas and insights which can help me gain a better perspective. It's still kind of hard for me to understand why individuals, in general, don't necessarily reflect or develop these kinds of traits and tendencies. It just seems like it should be normal to objectively understand certain things. But I guess I can understand why some people act jealous-hearted and passive-aggressive towards me.

A true Sigma knows only too well it's not all plain sailing & roses, it brings about difficult times & daily challenges.
Fake Sigma's (& many of them comment on videos as this) have no idea of the above, but want others to think they're something that they're not, especially a Sigma due to the perseved rarity. For me personally, there's times I wished I didn't have such traits, it would certainly be an easier life.

Exactly. There's nothing good or admirable about doing so. It's not special having Sigma traits, it's many times a curse, yet wannabe Sigma's don't understand this.
I can get in the zone playing video games especially driving games .
A sigma to me sounds just like a very awakened soul whos not plugged into the matrix.
Some people are taking oldest detail as like a baby memory, and I don't think that's what the video meant, but in case it does, here comes mine. I went to my parents bedroom, where we had a crib I used to sleep in. I'm not too clear on all the detail, but I can still see this vaguely in my mind. I decided to get into it for old time's sake, but I don't know if those old times was just the week before or what, but just that I hadn't been in it for a while, and so I welcomed it like a friend. About a minute after getting in it properly, mother came in and told me to get out, since it was for a new baby, which I can't recall was for my younger brother or sister. Such was the first shock of being first-borne, and getting that first rejection. I was cool with it though, because even though this other baby wasn't in the house at that stage, I had realized it's usefulness had mostly passed.
As a sigma myself and watching my DAD (beta male) who thought was an Alpha male, being a sigma male demands more of a personal love towards self than the typical males. We are made sigma, and we continue improving as such. I won't say one can't become one but it will demand another level of perception and willingness to embrace the lone wolf, willing to accept being rejected and split on. I wouldn't change any of it. The way hyperfocus is described has some distinction from competitive pushing and pulling by others. I mean a push present in the demand for attention to guide their path and a pull toward a spoke of power. Neither of these are desirable places for a sigma to inhabit for long, this avoidance can look like a hyperfocal interest in the topic/task as a personal guidance (push) and prospect (pull) are created. Searching for the fulcrum to apply force others might consider risky, but can get behind the function of.
in Switzerland you have to take a 6 hour psycological exam to become a train driver. one of the tests was listening to two seperate stories. you got to hear each one twice, then had to retell them both with as much detail as possible. 4 hours into the test they ask you to repeat those two stories again. 2 years later, i still remember 80% of the details in the story,

In hyper focus I have complete control of my breathing depth and speed, and I use it to control my thinking. When I need more sensory input, and this includes sensing of your brain functionality. I even stop my breathing for some time to filter out anything that is inside me to calibrate out with the outside world. The effect is that people sometimes hear me sigh. They think that I feel bored, but in reality I was about to drop dead because I stopped breathing :-) I never realized that I was doing this.
That's wild! Who knew our bodies could do all that without us even realizing it!
@@SigmaMale1337 Another tick I use is to sense temperature of the surrounding. Slowing down you breathing in combination with stopping moving makes your skin more sensitive to surrounding heat. Air is not moving, so your skin is not cooling, that means any heat change comes from the outside. You can sense changes in heat coming of from a person not even touching. If they trust you blood goes through them and they become warmer. If they distrust you when you come near then their blood vessels shrink and they become colder. I never do this on purpose, I will keep my distance to prevent my senses to register it. Privacy is important for me. None sigmas cannot do this.

@@SigmaMale1337 The hardest part when you sens heat changes from another person is when you yourself are impacted by emotional change that will modify your blood vessels. E.g: If I have a secret crush on someone, she may feel getting colder giving the impression that she does not like you when you come near. Reality is that you probably like her more because she comes near and you heat up yourself. Your baseline shifts and in this case you must use logic. I don't think that none-sigmas are able to pull off this trick You really have to know yourself and be comfortable be with what you are. If you are insecure it cannot work.

I remember being four hiding from the police. I had run away to go to grandmas for short bread cookies. I remember seeing him come around the corner. I lept into the bushes but already knew the odds were against me. I remember every feeling. I recall asking to hold his badge and gun even though he offered his hat. I remember earlier moments and events but they are not as powerful or vivid. How many others control thier dreams? I would chalange my dreams and learned to control them.
I dont lile the title or cohort application to any one person but I do identify with alot of these primary "traits ". I find it not a choice in most cases. Along with defiance of dogmatic structure, I cant stop from helping the underdog. I truly dont have much fear. Its not healthy at times. Im a lone wolf but this sigma lable can also fit.

I have always been on the oitside.looking in. Had siblings, still off on my own. Girls asked to date me, I said OK. Then never made an effort to go after any of them. They asked, they should be finding where I am. Even in my 50's my siblings are calling me and asking how I did it all these years. Not tolerate other people bullshit. I did not create it, I do t have to deal with it. They few times they wanted me to deal with it, they won't ask again.
It sounds like you've always had a strong sense of independence and a clear boundary when it comes to dealing with other people's drama. That's a valuable trait to have!

Just remember: these labels are just labels. Lenses. Models. Reality doesn't fall into neat categories. I no more "AM" a sigma than I am my Myers-Briggs or Enneagram or Leary-Wilson 6th circuit adept. But, it seems to be a fitting label. Nothing pinches or feels overly loose. I usually just say "The internet would probably call me a 'sigma male'." Saves epistemological/ontological/teleological headaches.

I was a sigma before it was a thing. Culturally I have no other choice but to be a sigma. Because A YT man would be an Alpha. Since I cannot culturally be a leader in America. The function of sigma was thrusted upon me. In my own community. THUGS are considered Alphas. Because I did not follow that path but my own. And went through similar rights of passage. I became a Sigma. The sigma I am is vastly different than you self declared Sigmas. I have had hardship and I must be an outlier because I am not accepted anywhere. But am significantly more capable than most. Most of you would not understand being Sigma by right of passage.
