Bioshock 1 and 2 have a place in my heart as the best horror shooters I've played, do find it cute yet disturbing that they corrupted something as innocent as a parent-child relationship with the Big Daddies and Little Sisters

I'm doing a hard mode run through the main game and DLC. Just got through Pauper Drop, but god has it been painful. The big daddies are decently easy, but holy shit these Big Sisters.

funny Moment i had was in fallout as i was wearing a raider armor and my brother was suroundet by scorched i walked out of the water and started shooting with the choo choo gun and my brother was like "dude i just had a bioshock 2 vibe right now" and i thought the same thing lol sorry it felt cool so i thought i share this Moment

ZAIN AKBAR the Drill is only permanently attached to the Bouncer Big Daddy’s(The really bulky ones with the huge big eyed looking mask) Big Daddy’s like Sigma and Delta can detach the Drill and use other weaponry. It’s not a limb. I’m pretty sure he has some kinda place to store it while he uses the rivet gun or the harpoon or whatever weapon you choose to use.
I love the subtle difference of ambience between this trailer and Bioshock 1 trailer. In Bioshock 1 you are suposed to be terrified of everything around you because they are wicked and scary since the first protagonist (forgot his name) is not familiarized with Rapture. However in this game, Delta is already used to this hellish world, clearly shown in this trailer as he literally charges towards a Big Sister (In lore, more powerful than Big Daddys) without any fear. Truly a Bioshock moment.

I just love subject delta, these splicers, the little sister designs, the big sister mini-bosses and more. now I hunt for some old figures for nostalgia and occasionally blame this game after a long while

This trailer holds up so well. The music, the chunky and solid sounds of the strikes, and the ending with the drill charge. It’s fantastic. I haven’t played Bioshock 2 in over a decade. I just platinumed Bioshock 1 remastered and am going to replay Bioshock 2!

I was three when he was playing it and i finally found the game today. its crazy. I really loved this game, never seen the playthrough or anything more then this ad but i genuinely loved this game.

The subtle details do a great job to characterize Delta as being between a beast of a thing, and cunning 2:01 shifting focus from the Splicer chasing the Little Sister to defend the greater priority (his flank) 2:06 treating the bannister as an inconvenience 2:12 shifting focus again from the little sister (who he sees is able to fend off the lone splicer well enough) to lay a volley of accurate fire down, and it seems he was leading the shots around to fire on the Splicer chasing the girl 2:26 catching the brute's overhand haymaker 2:42 immediately scooping up the little sister when it's clear an inundation is coming It's great characterization Hope you're having fun though, it's really flattering
When I was a kid I thought this would be a movie and I believed it when I saw some videos claiming that there would be a movie with this style of animation xD
I dove back into this game after a decade since finishing Bioshock 2. I’ve forgotten the beauty and story that is Bioshock. And it’s wonderful to experience it as if it’s an entirely new adventure. I’m in love with this game ❤
I mean it’s very easy to grow up with bioshock at least, the remasters are very accessible, ok to grow up with fallout if you’re ok with game crashes. But I wouldn’t bring up the fallout series if you’re against microtransaction lmao
