Nice little park, kind of like Woodward and KTR had a baby 👶 haha… And you do raise a good point, weather issues alone should make indoor facilities more viable on the East Coast than they are at the moment. Idea, somebody should convert an old Sears Roebuck store, that should give plenty of room to work with 😃
