Buckminster Tether Cars April 2021

Some tether cars running on the new track at BMFA Buckminster. A sport that was at it's height in the 1940's to 1960's is having a resurgence of interest in the UK. Speeds often exceed 100 MPH with world records standing at over 200 MPH.

No, some use new, very powerful glow engines (and electric!) too.

Redfin also has some new production twinshaft diesels, I have one that is going to be built out as a lakester.
