Great magnetic socket bloody amount of times ive had a nut or bolt disappear of the end of a socket and the spend the next ten minutes look for lost nuts and bolts
yup 6moths ago did girl friends mini petrol N18 paceman (not as bad!) caught well in time with a liberal coating of Dinitrol 4010 (ok on plastic etc) and then some dry PTFE spray on top, also did the front subframe, bumper carrier etc..... Just got to get around to my N47 Paceman but at least its 4 years newer :o(....... Luv it Baz 🤟💌🤟
What a poor protected exposed part. The sort a DIYer would have painted years ago before it rotted. When my Piccanto was under warranty ( 7 )years I had it dealer serviced. When I started doing it my self I found the sump really rusty. The dealer had done nothing for 6 years with it but let it rust! Hoping for a new sump I suppose? I took it in hand to stop the rot and still fine after 6 more years. Your videos are very informative.
Haha this was a private job, Freelander alternator pulley, spanner slipped and caught my arm on the engine mount, and yes it was piddling down as well which didn't help 😂
Saw the arm injury, you're as bad as me. Hand slipped off breaker bar last week and I punched myself in the eye, blood all over and a nice bruised cheek and eye. 😂😂😂
Time of test, and this could have been 11 months ago it got tested, just because it's failed it doesn't mean it gets picked up on the MOT test, and people forget not standards are only minimum requirements only at the time of test
Over time its saves money, yes theres is cheap pressure ones available that you pump up, but remember this keeps it a stable 2bar when bleeding, 1 man operation, a tool like this isnt a weekend tools its a professional tool thats used most days, layout is expensive. Over time its a money maker and time saver
Great work Baz and a nice easy (ish) job for you before your hols.

Korean cars just rust too much unfortunately. Full wax undercoating is recommended.

before i watched was gonna say fork has broke inside the box as thats another common failure point!
Why didn't you prime the slave before you fitted it? I always fill before fitting it saves even more time.
Check the brakes on the sunbed and have a good one

They have special fittings on them buddy, otherwise I would have made one up

Not mot testable only brake pipes
I'd say the bleeding machine is costly
