Yes, it can be irritating especially in Traffic conditions, Clutch travel is slightly longer and a little heavy compared with a 3xo petrol Manual. But it all depends on driving patterns & individual comfort level, how many hours & km you need to drive everyday in the city traffic, if running is less then go with petrol, you will get better Automatic TC also in petrol. so Take a test drive of both Petrol,Diesel and then decide.

Both are turbocharged 3 cylinder engines and nowadays because of new rules getting implemented (BS6,bs6ph2) later bs7, you will see the introduction of more 3 cylinder engines. Mahindra's TCMPFi petrol engine is there in the market for a few years now and no such issues are reported, however 4 cylinder engines are more reliable for the long run.
Go for TGDi , it’s direct injection into the cylinder and gives better mileage on longer drives

mai pehli car lene soch raha to MX2/MX3 mere budget me aa rha kyuki mujhe diesel variant lena hai.
Kya AX5 diesel lene ke liye budget badhana jaruri hai? kyuki mujhe nhi lagta ki mai extra features utne use karunga kyuki ye first car hai family ki.
Aap kya suggest karte ho
Agar aapke features ke requirement nahi hai toh better to go with lower variants only because engine and transmission toh same rahega base lo ya top.

sir sirf apne hi ye bataya h city me 13-16kmpl and highway pe 18-22kmpl de rahi hai. baki sab city me 8-10 bata rahe h and highway pe 12-14 bus. WHY?
If you drive light foot then you can get between 12-14 in the city, up to 18 or more on highways. However practically this engine is performance oriented so in the real world you will see this Diesel Engine with Manual will give 11-13 kmpl in city with moving traffic ,however in bumper to bumper Traffic mileage will go down & 14-16 kmpl on highways if you accerlate hard, but it totally depends on how you drive.

Both Cars Diesel engines are good, if you want better mileage then Nexon. If you want better performance then 3xo, especially on Highways 3xo Diesel engine is fun to drive, so please take a test drive of both engines then decide.

Grand vitara CNG vs 3xo diseal which one buy
Grand vitara has more space , better road presence, refined and trusted engine, good resale value and is from a higher segment plus it is petrol so 15 yrs validity. Whereas 3xo is latest and is compact which is easy to drive in city, easy to park & has better engine power and better quality than maruti.

the 10 year rule is imposed for Delhi-NCR as of now, in coming years Emissions Norms will change like for now bs6ph2 then bs7 so we can expect Auto sector Market to get transitioned to Hybrid, EV, flex fuel etc, however it looks impossible as of now if the government will ban Diesel engines in next 4-5 years, however if Nitin Gadkari jii have different plans then all Diesel engines will go on toss🤣🤣 so let's make it very simple, if your daily running is less than 50 KM in a day better to go with Petrol Engine.

The 3xo Diesel engine is most fun to drive engine in the segment and gives better fuel efficiency compared with 3XO Petrol however you will not be disappointed with their petrol engine also, but yes performance & mileage wise 3xo Diesel is better than Petrol anytime.

Ride quality, handling, performance, Safety, suspension - xuv3xo Diesel engine is most fun to drive. Sonet Diesel engine is also better compared to their NA petrol engine, better Take a test drive and decide.

Agar running daily ki 60 KM se jada hai then only u can go with Diesel, otherwise better to go with Petrol.

Seeing mileage of tgdi one it is heart breaking why don’t Mahindra make mileage efficient cars. Considering it is compact suv and middle class are going to buy it, we don’t want that much power, it’s crazy what they were thinking.
