Everyone has a right to fair representation. Even if you are accused of murder, you have the right to a lawyer who must defend you.
So that if you’re falsely accused, you have an actual chance of proving it.
Or if you’re actually guilty, it was proven through a fair trial.
You don’t get to not have a lawyer because someone accused you of something. That doesn’t work
