I don't know either, the is no loses notification in game, nor the enemy got single kill in score board. yet it says I lost 350 point xD.
I don't think its human casualties since the AI didn't get kills.

Perhaps it's the non-fatal loses. Like damage to vehicles and non-kill casualties in a squad.
