The ones from your list I'd like to see Bachmann do the most would be the 4 TATMR engines, Arthur, Neville, Murdoch, Stepney, Flying Scotsman, Whiff, the Jet Engine, Sidney and Duncan. I feel like Scotsman's model would probably be the easiest. Just take Gordon's shape and change a few things on it: namely the front buffer beam, some of the running board, change his dome, cab and chimney, and add his smoke deflectors, nameplates, and face (as well as little bits) to make him look more accurate to his CGI appearance. But if there's one thing I'd do with the model I'd change from his appearance in the CGI series, it would be with his two tenders; namely change the black and white lining on both of them (since they look like they'd fit more on Fowler tenders), as well as giving both his tenders 8 wheels like the real one rather than 6. Those are the 2 only nick picks I have with his appearance in the CGI series. As for other models, they would be: Hank, Hiro, Duke, Connor and Caitlin (plus their coaches), Harvey, Molly, Porter, Philip, Dennis, Norman, the Breakdown Train (either regular or as Judy and Jerome) along with the Workmen's Coach, Hannah (just change Henrietta's livery and add on Hannah's face), Mighty Mac, Fearless Freddie, Luke, and Victor.

The problem is, Belle and Arthur are not exactly the same class. Belle is a BR Standard Class 4 tank, Arthur is an LMS Ivatt Class 2 tank. Belle has an extra pair of dummy wheels.
Unfortunately Bachmann is never gonna make characters like Lady, Gordon’s Special Coaches (probably), City of Turo, Splatter and Dodge, Arthur, Neville, Stepney, Murdoch, Class 40, Old Slow Coach, Bear, the Jet Engine, Duke, BoCo, Derek or Molly as much as they would like too, because they find them unrelivent, Diesel 10 and Belle probably won’t be made either, because adding pinchy and Belle’s water canons are against the national model rail association laws, but they are gonna make Duncan and Stanley
I like both dubs of Edward although Gordon sounds more powerful with the US voice than the UK voice. Example: In the Sodor Surprise episode, Gordon's laugh in the US dub sounds more jolly than the UK version.

Well the jet engine isn’t too far out of the picture since it’s not a character and Bachmann does still do model series rolling stock.
