How does the rpm act affect vehicles although the 1996 that are emmisions exempt as of right now? (No obd2)
Pre 96 cars had emissions equipment , egr, air pumps , cats , only way out is pre 72 cars ,

I live in the state of Colorado and I own a street driven 1969 camaro with a high compression 355 small block that won't run without 110 octane fuel which cost $9.00 a gallon, hopefully they won't stop selling high octane fuel and consider my car illegal because of it's modifications.

If anything we are going into a grand solar minimum but that's a whole different subject. ) If we want to look at true polluters it would be China and India who pollute more in one year then we do in 10 years . There is no way we should lose our fun and lively hoods just because the communist EPA says so.
