Your #1 reason for choosing HP was the only reason I needed. I started off bullet journaling because I wanted to be able to put things where I wanted them, but didn't like that I couldn't move them (easily) later. I 💜 being able to take out or add pages that I make.
You can use a ring binder (or a regular binder) for bullet journaling and you will be able to move things as much as you want. You can check seaLemon's channel. she has a lot of diy videos for ring binders and how she uses it for bullet journaling and other stuff.

Bullet journaling is so versatile. You can also bullet journal within your happy planner. They sell dotted sheets for the Happy Planner or you can print your own.
Hi! I’m so happy you made this video! I just bought my Happy Planner at Walmart this morning and am feeling a bit nervous I’d mess it up! So binge watching CZcams..LOL I had no idea, the budget, fitness and recipe planners existed. I love your reasons...they match mine! I use all 3 sizes of happy planners, a mini for my purse, a classic for my main home planner and two Big planners...one for a budget and home organization planner and one for me and my hubby's medical records as we are both disabled! They all have great uses and like you say, I can customize them for my needs!
Last week Joann's had the set of 6 different colors of Happy Planner expander discs on sale for $11.99 and I ordered one. I really wanted a set of the big yellow discs. I think I am getting to have a Happy Planner obsession. LOL I might make up a couple more Big Happy Planners as they have so many good uses. I make lots of cards and I thought I might make a big HP and make up a library of my dies and stamp sets and organize them by type as it would be easier to locate them. I have them in storage bins, but I could note next to the stamped or die cut image in my HP where to find it. That would save me so much time.

Ahhhh love this video so much! I’ve recently converted to hp from eclp too! Happy planner was just more my budget and I love that I can take the pages out! I’ve scaled back my Etsy sticker purchases and I try to work exclusively from hp sticker books! I have 24 now 😂😅 so many more on my wishlist too!
The Happy Planner is the only planner I have ever been both excited and consistent w using. And that to me is so worth it!

Same! Like the fact you can mash together your regular planner, budget planner, and fitness planner all together is amazing. Also you can take the pages out for easy decorating or writing (especially the areas where you're trying to write something close to the rings.) I think Erin condrens are so cute but the customizability has me spoiled and I can't go to anything else hahaha

I just found you. I am 6:36 into this video, and I love you!!! I have spent years searching for planner peace; first EC, then HP, then Big HP, then A5 rings, Pocket and B6 tns, back to EC, and now I am finding myself gravitating back to the HP! I LOVE the way you have set up your planner! Gonna leave right now to go watch the set up, then come back and rewatch this vid. I think the way you have yours set up is going to fill whatever planner hole is in my soul with PLANNER PEACE!!! Yay!!!!!
I love the customizablity, it allows me to have 1 planner in my bag with everything in it. Also it is everywhere I even found planners and accessories at Wal-Mart.
I’m definitely inspired to take my planning more seriously!

I just received my first Happy Planner a CPL weeks ago for my bday and now I'm binging your vids. I love my filofax but i wanted to try this one so bad!
You are definitely helping my decision. I have tried the target planners where you build your own , as well as bullet journaling and a more expensive planner. But now I am thinking of switching to happy planner for all of the reasons you stated.

Yes! I have an ECLP and loved it, but hated that I couldn’t customize it. I love being able to add and remove things as i please. Just love HP.

Although years back, I used a Franklin Covey, my first intro into the current planning community was with a ‘Happy Planner’ kit. I did just order a ‘Simplified Planner’ and an EC (because I’m Planner obsessed) but, a Happy Planner will always be something I reach for... 📚
P.S. If you like to decorate, check out Paper & Glam stickers, too. They fit in the Happy Planner quite nicely. 💕

I like all the reason you gave and like you I have several planners cause of youtube videos - I have both the Erin Condren and Happy Planners. - I am new to planning though so both planners feature nice things but where to start gets overwhelming so how do you figure out what your planning style is Like the Glam Girl, trendsetter etc? Then I have watched many of your videos (and others)with different layouts so that is another hurdle to have to decide on. - Thank you for your videos they do help.
Ayanna Swain I feel the same way. I LOVE to get new planners but am intimidated to get started in them. I am also new to the "planner community" but have used calendars since college (many many years ago lol) But when I started following all the planner ladies on social media, I got my first Happy Planner. I love it BUT I'm finding it very overwhelming because there are so many options, set ups, sizes, expansion packs, accessories etc So I end up getting overwhelmed and end up putting it away and make a list in a notebook lol I am actually going to try the Erin Condren this year and see if that is a better fit for me since there aren't a million choices to pick from. Best of luck to you as you continue to find what works for you :)

I got one last year after trying the ECLP the year before and i LOVE the HP so much and all of their stuff is within my budget. I have the Classic and the size is perfect for me. Im fixing to make mine a Frankenplanner. I take mine everywhere with me, because with it i have everything i need in one place, so i have to carry it with me everywhere i go.

Funny,but I too discovered your channel! I have used the EC life planner and the EC teacher planner and I love the teacher planner but I'm thinking a lot about it for all your reasons. Your voice is so soothing and I would love to go to Michaels with you to help me ake up my mind. You're right you can't go wrong for the price especially when you use coupons. As a teacher Sundays are the worst because that is the day you better have your plans ready or you're in trouble. However, using these fun planners makes it fun ! I'm thinking I'd love the teacher happy planner and be able to add pages to it,such as notes or graph paper. Thank you for helping me make my decisions.

I love Happy planner. I’ve actually gone to the big version. I have a happy planner hole punch so I can just print and I hole punch and no cutting. And I use the mini happy planner as well.
I've recently switched from a kikki k to the happy planner based on cost and accessories lol I love the different things they offer

Hi Quita. Just like you mentioned, the happy planner is affordable, customizable, for the most part. I also love to decorate mine, because Im far from being a basic plennerer. I got my happy olanner t Michaels, which i have just a couple of blocks down at the mall closer to my house.Thansk God for that. And April was like the accessories month because i absolutely went crazy on getting every type of sticker book, washi tapes,etc they have for the planner. I just bought the carry case because im going out on my vaction and obviously taking my planner with me to have somwthig fun to do while im out and its really functional because it has a lot of compartments i will use to take sticker books with me as well. Overall i love this planner so much I got me a mini one I plan on using for work only. I have a memory planner too, but i havent quite decided how im going to use it or start itn1st, but im getting there. I have always have a panner for years, but this one is by far the best I got. Thansk a lot. And happy planning!

Not a Keto comment, but I just finished watching your video on why you switched back to HP. I am dying to make the leap for all the reasons you mentioned. I have two hesitations. I use EC and love the paper and worry about HP bleeds...is the paper comparable? Seems thinner. Also, the disks seem flimsy, not coil-sturdy. Have you seen that to be an issue?

Hi, just wondering: is your glam girl happy planner classic size? And was it undated?
Would reasons 1-4 still be considerations if you were to go back to using a Happy Planner? I’m debating between a classic Happy Planner and half-letter and I actually feel like half-letter wins out when it comes to customization, cost, availability and accessories due to the fact that there are more companies that sell half-letter sized disc systems than there are companies that sell 7x9-ish sized paper discbound systems.
Do they have accessories for the HP Big?
Do you only use stickers from the happy planner line?

unfortunately you cannot buy it everywhere. It's pretty hard even to buy it here in my country. Even our Amazon does not have it. It would also be in stores in Europe. Oh, how happy I would be.
