After watching Crazy Rich Asians, I told myself I will walk down the aisle in this song and I did last year after having to postpone our wedding once due to COVID . We had a beautiful wedding in October and COVID didn’t stop me from walking down the aisle with my mum (who raised me on her own as a single mum). This song will always make me emotional ❤️

I am going to be listening to more of her music and sharing this song with my sixteen year old daughter. This is her favorite song by Elvis. This is not just about Elvis Presley, or being a wedding fave song -- there's just something sad, lonely, desperate, hopeless and honest in it's simplicity that never fail to take out something from our hearts. I started learning violin just to play this whenever I miss my Dad.
