- Don't miss this Carnival Conquest ship tour. Carnival Conquest is a Carnival Cruise Line ship that is based year-round in South Florida. It has a New Orleans theme around the entire ship.
This ship has most of the Fun Ship 2.0 features, including Guy's Burger Joint, BlueIguana Cantina, RedFrog Rum Bar, BlueIguana Tequila Bar, and Playlist Productions. Conquest has a lot of food options, including BBQ (deck 10), Lido buffet (deck 9), Steakhouse (deck 10), and burgers and tacos by the pool.
There are a total of five Conquest-class ships: Valor, Freedom, Liberty, Glory, and Conquest.
In fall 2022, Carnival Conquest went into dry dock to get the new red, white, and blue livery and receive general maintenance.

What do you think of Carnival Conquest?
Cruise Radio I sailed on Conquest in February. The ship is in such disarray. The service was so horrible. Our friends stayed on deck 2 and they smelled sewage in their room and hallways the whole cruise. They were told that they had no rooms to change them too. The last day they found coffee grinds under their bed to try and kill the smell. I have sailed Conquest many times this ship has to be sent off to be fixed. It was a shame.
I sailed the Conquest in May 2018. I had a great time on my trip. While the decor seems a bit outdated in certain sections of the ship, it makes up for it with plenty of newer amenities like Guy's Burger Joint and BlueIguana. There's also plenty to do for families and singles alike. I did a seven-night cruise to the Western Caribbean and was always able to find something fun to do. I'm sailing the Carnival Panorama in April 2020 and really looking forward to experiencing the newest of the Vista-class ships. Keep up the great reviews, Doug!

I’ve sailed Conquest 3 times. 2004, 2007, 2010. I hope to sail her again someday. I like that class of ship and the Conquest holds a special place in my heart.

We sailed on Conquest back in 2011 out of Galveston. Was my 1st cruise. We had a blast and got us hooked on cruising.

My wife and I went on this ship for 7 days in 2018. We had a blast. We loved the style of the ship and we would definitely go on it again

We had such great service. Both in our room and out and about the ship. We loved the piano bar, we stopped there almost every night. Jonathan was great there. Guys burgers, Pirate pizza, all the different shows we saw. We got up early every morning and stayed out till the we hours of the morning. I could go on and on.

@@CruiseRadio We had our kids with us (18,15) and we went on a 5 day to Ocho Rios and Grand Cayman. Since then we have been on 3 more, 2 on the Breeze and 1 on the Sunshine.

The Breeze is by far our favorite. Seems like the right size. I will have to say the second time on a ship when you are no longer in awe it's easier to pick out flaws lol. The next one in September is the Conquest and then the Magic in Feb 2020.

I'll be sailing her the third time next week. Wasn't planning on doing this ship so many times, but got a good deal and will also be my first visit to Key West.

I’ve cruised twice before but my daughter and partner have not so they think the food will be rubbish and they will be bored.
I hope Carnival can prove them wrong.

@@CruiseRadio I like the 16th century french decor, and the back pools/hot tubs being adults only (not the case on many of Carnival's newer ships). She doesn't have a waterpark or ropes course, but other than that she has all the standard stuff you can find on Carnival that makes them fun.

@@CruiseRadio Hadn't been on a cruise since the early 90s. Looking forward to the bigger boat, and seeing what all it has to offer! If memory serves, it was the Carnival Fantasy. Spring break out of the Cape.. So, the changes and size are going to be significant!

Not bad, you only butchered Renoir. The out of the way deck high above the basketball court on each Conquest class ship has traditionally been used for topless sunbathing. However since they've installed security cameras everywhere this may no longer be the case.
The giant sunflower is a tribute to Vincent Van Gough, hence the bar next door, Vincent's.

Is 8C a good deck? I got a quote for this ship and they said it was 8C room outside balcony.
8C is a category of stateroom, not the deck, normally.
