I’ve been looking into this, I believe making us our own power of attorney aka agent with a ridiculous fee schedule ($5000per hr) over our legal fiction will ensure we get paid for being ordered or demanded to do anything with cops, courts, government etc. They al get paid and indentured and involuntary servitude is illegal. Still working out the kinks but makes sense as the Attorney General is our POA until we claim otherwise...

@@Gargamoth I think we would have to make up the POA and send it off the the AG to inform the gov about our change in status. From what I understand we can charge for our time without it, nobody works for free but us, it seems. If a Trust is filed under UCC, the UCC has control over it. The Trust must be a Private Irrevocable Trust to stay private and outside the jurisdiction of the courts.

@@theprochrist True. But the state/"judge" is the trustee and attempts to flip flop with you, the beneficiary and make you the trustee (one party can't be both trustee and beneficiary). You must challenge the "court" and have all parties identify themselves (i.e. trustee, executor, etc.).
