hey mate, interested in what you've done in the rear for the spring and shock setup, looks like it flexes pretty well, and have you done brake line extensions etc. Cheers

Hey mate I’m running long travel Bilstien shocks, standard n80 leafs in this video with extended shackles and extended lines 🍻 works well, but now I’ve upgraded to constant 500kg leafs with airbags because the touring setup is pretty heavy but in staying that it still performs well

Great video mate. What beach is it? Look bloody awesome 🤙🏻

Hey mate it's a factory Toyota tray, by memory I think it's 1775 long from the headboard

@@Flipppee it may just be the gopro possibly, the canopy is 1500mm long and tray has about 200 left for the tyre to sit on 🤞
      No worries Dan

    Good one mate, 👍Subbed.
Look like you’ve got 16’s on - I’m keen to know what offset are you’re running? EDIT - just saw the info on the walk through episode, 0 offset ...I like it

Thanks Grant really appreciate the support! Thats right 0 offset and 16s Reason why I chose 16s is because the tyres are cheaper i found & worst case you'd be able to get a 16 id assume pretty easily out bush far from home if need be! But being that said 0 offset, she does slightly rub on the body mount somthing I haven't attended too as of yet 😬

@@Onemoreventure I’m hearing ya, I’m thinking of changing out my 17” steelies on my n80 SR to 16’s as well, but prob not 33” tyres as I don’t want the rubbing issues. Thanks for the reply and keep up the content, especially the lux ! 💪

Hey man just came across ya, first vid I’ve watched, nice man!
I also noticed it looked like a 16 inch rim. What brand did you go as I have heard some clear the caliper and others don’t. I want to go to a 16 on my luxy
Also she flexes alright in the rear, what suspension you running?
      Cheers man

@@ChasinFreedom hey mate! Cheers really appreciate it! Have been busy filming having some new episodes coming soon yeew!
Yes thats correct in the early days I think they hadn't designed a rim to "16" to fit over the calliper but now they actually have a neg -2 degree slant on the inside of the rim designed for hiluxs. So people who have fitted them that work would have the -2 and people who say they dont fit dont have the -2 or dont know about it, thats as far i as know anyhow.
Mine are 0 offset d locker "imitation" bead lockers with the -2 on the inside for the calliper! :)
She does go alright in the rear too! I was quite surprised watching back on these clips, in the rear running a tough dog leaf made up to match the weight and 2inch shackles & still running the old Toyota shocks. Saving up for some bilstien long travels!

@@Onemoreventure that’s great do you remember what brand rim like dynamic king or whatever?
Keen to see how the long travels go as I was considering it down the track.
Where abouts in WA are you based mate?
      Cheers
