These Schlage cylinders are really tough to shim.

Schlage is better than kwickset by far 6 pin better than 5 #lockboss

Curse you for mentioning Sargent (lol)... Sargent is a ROYAL pain in the neck to make keys for (IME).... I rekeyed a friends establishment that used Sargent LA keys, and had I known how much of a pain it was going to be to get keys made, I'd have looked into another option... Had I known then what I knew now, with what he was looking for, I'd have recommended a C123 or C145 keyway and abandoned the Sargent keyway...
