On my regular square bills and crank baits the depths I’ve found to work for me are 5-7 footers. I’ve used deeper ones, up to 12 footers but that’s for lakes and stuff at least for me.

Any other good fishing spots in the area? I heard about boynton but haven’t tried that spot yet. Was thinking about going there to try it this afternoon. But averhoff hasn’t let me down yet. Lol

@@harleystubblefield229 averhoff is the move right now, the bowington is a quick trip move. Water is super low so really if you go out there just fist till you hit the trees and then turn back. Theres presidio park also and I love it but it’s a hit or miss spot. If you want to try it just type in presidio park on the maps, goes straight to the boat ramp.
