Get those mesh strainer plugs and put them in all your sinks. The roaches could be climbing in through the pipes. This will keep them out. And contact your landlord asap. They can get bad real fast!

And no, we are not all going through battles with our mental health not at all just because if you’re not on cloud 924 hours a day doesn’t mean that you need medication not saying that about you just in general life has its ups and downs, and if you’re busythroughout the day doing productive things like eating, healthy working out going for walks getting a coffee playing with your cat, playing with your dog playing with your kids, speaking with family and friends and just the outlook you have on life can make all the difference in the world medication is not the answer
