Unless I'm terribly mistaken... Johnny ended dressage at #14, stadium jump at #10, and was then retired for XC.

@@MLOCharmer As I understand he threw a shoe and injured a tendon, plus he's 21--so it may be time. He'll be okay, she also wrote she was retiring him from advanced events, so maybe he can do some intermediate?????

this comment section is really supportive so I just wanna say I moved back to my favourite barn back in September probably and I'm now starting to jump higher then I have jumped there before and I'm really proud of myself for progressing really fast :D

Love your videos. My toddler has had a fascination with horses lately and he loves to sit and rock on his rocking horse while watching your videos. One of the few things that will keep him entertained for more than 10 minutes.
Tryon has the coolest looking Cross Country course in my opinion. Reminds me of a golf course and that childhood urge to gallop across one.

Great ride! Beautiful course at Tryon. Footing looked soft! My question is what is the deal with those little evergreen trees planted all over the course?? Don't know species however more than likely they will get quite large and be obstructions. I don't understand that! Love watching all Elisa's horses train, develop and compete! Gives me inspiration for my guy who is same age as Munson!
They are put there to temporarily mark sprinkler head covers. This used to be a golf course. They are not planted.

Pretty sure all of Elisas horses are either OTTBs or Mustangs
He's a Thoroughbred (she puts this info including age year, height and owner at the start of the video, down at the bottom (sometimes the player controls hide them).

I'm a little new here, and I don't know whether Munson is a good boy, or whether she has to fight for it. He certainly is fast, though.
Munson is a great boy, at the start he had some spooky issues with water but he got through that. Munson is probably one Elisa's best horse now.

I am exhausted watching him run I feel like I’m running
a little tip: maybe you could sit on the saddle is maybe more comfortable for the horse and since I think he is very fast you could let him run more often and also in front of obstacles. I don't really know myself from riding only western but at first glance that might be an idea, you could try it out.
Ah you see you obviously don’t ride/don’t know anything. 2-point is what she is doing in the video, and when you are cantering for a long period of time you do so, so the horse can actually run better. It is wayyy more comfortable for the horse to 2-point, it is just common sense. I suggest don’t give ideas when you don’t know :)

The biggest thing to work on is getting her connected and on the bit. You have to make sure you get her booty moving forward though so she can come over her back.

We have a optimum time to make or else we get time faults. My watch tells me every minute so I know how long I have.
