I got a ton of requests to react to Paris Hilton’s skincare routine. Honestly, I didn’t want to do it. I went ahead and watched the video on my own and realized there were a bunch of interesting and educational things to talk about. So, I decided to film a reaction to it! Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Good to know.
Definitely watch her documentary. I feel like after watching her documentary I'm looking at her skincare routine video differently. She definitely takes care of her skin, but the promo video is staged. Her skin however is amazing.
Diamond dust and caviar, my casual go to ingredients
Jessica Stevens 🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂 right
almost there with star dust lol ...so extra
Yeah 😂😂😂 that's just what we all use🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
Jessica Stevens you forget to mention our other staple: 24k gold lol
"She is the original influencer. She made Kim Kardashian"
SO TRUE
I really used to not like her, but now i think she's just so cute. she sounds lovely in this video
Lugui Dubiela You do realize she’s not using her real voice. You can hear it go back to her real voice a couple of times and she’s extremely entitled
@@lilirodriguez8851 as she should be shes amassed a billion dollar fortune with no financial support from her parents
marijunaprince That’s not a good thing. That’s not an excuse for someone to act spoiled and entitled
Oh awesome, thanks for letting ALL OF US know... we didn’t know.
I toured with Paris in France when she was doung her DJ tour for the Cannes film festival, we shared the same security and my god she was the loveliest most chill and kind person. I applaud her work within and drive. And she’s just kind.
I’m not surprised by that but so happy to hear. She seems lovely, kind & classy
I understand why Susan loves Paris so much. I love people that admit they're rich and that that is the reason they have certain advantages. Don't act like us peasants to be relatable! Just be you....
Melindah Mkhwanazi the opposite of Taylor Swift now that you mention it! Paris owns it
“Us peasants” haha love it
@@DecadentDelicacy Taylor Swift didn't grow up rich, so it's understandable she can be relatable to average people whatever she does, I have no idea, just assuming. Paris doesn't have to pretend, she grew up rich and has created the rich girl socialite persona, she will stick with it.
As much as fake trying to look relatable can be annoying but it's just as annoying when people want rich people to be relatable to them, hate whenever they see rich people doing something they can't.
Paris Hilton is truly one of those "love it or hate it, it's forever iconic" things of the 2000s 😂
Nikki Absolutely. I don’t think you have to love her. Just acknowledge that she played a big part in pop culture.
Also she’s apparently ageless so I’m interested in her routine.
I love her
That's hot
I like her cuz shes actually hilarious and smart if you hear her talk normal, she just talks like that for her persona lol which made her a ton of fucking money
I love that she actually pulled her hair back instead of leaving it to fall in her face because it looks better. She's a real one
I agree, but I was distracted by the sleeves. Mine would be soaked!
@@sunnyday_lemonbars hahaha I didn't even notice but I agree! I have to roll mine past my elbows or it ruins my whole night lol
But she didn’t remove her makeup?
@@hanagreg she did lol just not on camera, but I'm only talking about her hair being pulled back before she put water and products on it. I think it's so crazy that people leave their hair down for a skincare video - it's a level of vanity I can't relate to. And I won't even start on that in workout videos 🙄
Velia Cardenas
I wear a pair of cheap tennis wrist band whenever I wash my face over the sink, so I don’t have to worry about water rolling down from my wrists.
Paris saying "I'm a scientist" wheeling out her giant light is the biggest mood
Kaylee Reppel hahhahahaha
That is how i feel when i am using my pipets on my ordinary products
@@okiiok6539 ok but the ordinary is the best I don't care what people think 😍
When I’m doing my skincare routine I pretend I’m on Harpers Bazar telling y’all my routine 😂
Same sis 😂😂😂 all of a sudden 🤦
Same here :D
Wait... people dont do that normally?
😂
Me too. Lol
She's so extra about her skincare and completely embraces it, which is what I loved about it. I mean come on, most of us would be that extra if we had her money!
I know i would.
Oh yeah defenetly. I just love the routine.
I think I would be even more extra. Like girl, I am already too extra and I am currently unemployed. If I had billions it would be my ruin.
I read about how woman in china use at least 9 skin care products daily to hydrate and keep their skin flawless, etc. its not just her because she has money. If anyone really wanted to have beautiful skin, they can budget monthly to make that work. I know I do. I am all about healthy skin, hair and lifestyle. rather then spend alot of money on expensive clothes, i splurge on my food, skin care, hair care and high quality make up. best wishes stephanie.
Video idea: how to find and choose a good facialist/aesthetician
Great idea
Yes
Katya Komlach OMG YES
You need thousands of likes!
Yes, I’m so worried about picking one
i guess i was too young when Paris was the icon in the spotlight to really know anything about her or her lifestyle and personality, but watching this you really can tell how Kim emulates her mannerisms, its probably unconscious, but she speaks the same, her facial expressions and gestures are so similar, its really apparent how much of an influence she was
@@AlBundyy who tf is susan
@@AlBundyy you had me confused there lmaooo
Kim used to work for Paris and they grew up together so it makes sense that they have the same mannerisms
All of the Kardashians and Jenner's have those same Mannerisms, even their Beverly Hills Makeup And hair Stylists, all are calm, Soft Spoken, and the same Mannerisms
Basically. The only reason she’s famous is because of her sex tape and the managerial skills of Kris Jenner
I’m starting to think Paris Hilton is a simulation at this point. She hasn’t aged a day past 22. It’s unbelievable.
mickey M if you remember she used to tan so much when she was younger, I remember watching her as a kid and thinking all the laying out in the sun would make her skin bad but with all those people working on her skin too she does look great
chrsan89 late 30s ***** I know that’s nit picking lol
When you look at her hands you can see, that at least her skin there aged.
So probably not a simulation. :D
@@tncn88 nah she looks a good 10 years younger than what she is. So about 28 years old is exactly what she looks like
Susan is right about Paris not going overboard with procedures. She could’ve easily done that with all of the money she has. She looks very similar to how she looked in her 20s. Kim Kardashian on the other hand...entirely new face. She looks nothing like her 20-something self.
I was never a huge Paris fan or anything, but I LOVE her energy in this video. She’s so calm and soft spoken, she looks beautiful.
she's old money so it's all class like I'm rich, you know I'm rich I don't have to tell you I'm just doing me lol
You mean tranquilized? Because that's how she sounds.
I’ve never seen Susan Yara girl crush so hard 😂
Yes I love Susan but it became a bit cringe-worthy. To call Paris "amazing'!!! because she knew about night cream at an early age is so over the top. A person who finds a cure for a disease is " amazing", someone who runs into a burning building to save someone is ''amazing".........
Stevie N. Ohhhh, come on. She was just having fun with it 🤷🏼♀️
@@stevien.3694 oh don't be silly, we all know she's just a blonde girl born in money, what Susan means is that she's totally iconic and so "extra" in everything she does and that it also applies to skincare... pease don't pretend you don't understand.
I so agree
With Steve N
Last time i heard or saw Paris Hilton, she was wearing those juice couture track suits... back in 2005? And her face looked exactly how it looks now. Hasnt aged at all. I'd actually say she looks even better now
You should check out her CZcams channel. She had a contest recently and one of the prizes were....Juicy Couture velour track suit. xD
ikr! my mom is the same age as her
No one:
Susan: not to be dramatic, but I would die for Paris Hilton.
😂😂😂
Me too tho
Hahahahaha 😂
I aspire to be this bougie, sis is on a whole other level 😂
I remember her saying she never ever gets her face in the sun, she wears SPF, sunglasses and big hats. That's the true key to avoiding wrinkles lol SPF! Cheap and cheerful folks.
Whoa now. Cheaping out on sunscreen is a hugely bad idea.
Like I’ll get whatever I can from the ordinary but some stuff needs the luxe
@@saysHotdogs You can get sunscreen from skincare brands like Paula's Choice for less than £10 - that's cheap
@@saysHotdogs it needs to be good enough that you can actually stand to put it on everyday (no break outs or white cast, not too thick and no pilling etc.) but it doesn't need to be super expensive. And personally I have a hard time putting on enough sunscreen when I know it was really pricey :/
True, she is obsessed with wearing sunglasses even in the dark to avoidsqueezing the eyes at flashes and lights
Paris is on another planet. Always has been. I’m glad Susan is letting her do her thing! 😂
I completely agree about seeing a facialist. I have been going once a month since I was 29 and at 61 my skin is great. I don’t look my age and I have never had plastic surgery.
My first in NYC understood skin like I have never seen since. Could look at a product's ingredients and know what it does and what type of skin it is best for. The facials were tailored to each client and they were two hours long. I was so spoiled.
When moving to LA, I had a tough time finding someone as they either extracted but didn’t massage or massaged and didn’t extract. I need both. It took me about a year, seeing about 10 different facialists but I finally found someone who does what I need and I am truly grateful.
Next time I visit NYC I plan to get one done. There's a specific facialist there that you can pick your entire routine and have it completely customized for you and it's about 1-2 hours. It might be the same one
I hope I can afford that and a trip to the chiropractor by 29! Currently 23 and BROKE.
What is an extract facial?
@@prernag - Extractions are when the facialist cleans out the clogged pores by squeezing the pore.
@@candyc3314 - It’s not my gal since she has passed but this sounds fantastic. Have fun!
Her Lightstim is about $2600.00 which is about $600.00 more than the at home one in the Nina Dobrev video. Personally, I'd pay the extra money to have the professional Lightstim...especially if money was no object. So Paris made a smart investment considering she uses it all the time.
No way! I didn’t know the mask thing was THAT expensive 😬 I was expecting a few hundred bucks
Binka O there are good options at lower price points. I have a great one I paid $110. On Amazon which is effective.
@@xeniah4800 what's it called?
xenia H please share a less expensive alternative.
LEDs masks and beauty devices are bullshit. Dont through your money. Go outside for 5 minutes with spf.
I love how Paris mentioned looking natural is the best. I stan that comment.
@Sara Salinas I don't think it was ever supposed to be that deep. I think she meant natural as in "If you take good care of your skin, you don't need any makeup" - which is very true.
@Sara Salinas 😂 I understand what you're saying, but like what the others have stated, for someone with unlimited money she still looks very much the same since years ago & I was once a Paris fan back in the days. So seeing her now shocks me & I am so glad she didn't go under the knife & changed her look drastically. Paris had always had youthful looks & skin. Look at her mother & her grandmother. Most girls these days destroy themselves with plastic surgery, lip fillers, etc.
@Sara Salinas I never assumed anything honey, hell, I love makeup myself and love to express myself through it. Nothing wrong with makeup or skincare. But like I said, people who follow a strict skincare routine oftentimes do not even need makeup because of their glowy and radiant complexion.
Paris is a QUEEN, a god damn ICON.
Her voice is so calming, too. I wish she'd narrate audible books.
thus just reminded me of "you're not ugly, just broke"
Britney is super rich and her skin is awfyl, she looks like 45
Agatha A Britney has through a lot of disgusting things in her life
@@ach4049 nah... actually, her makeup and raccoon eye makes her look worse than she is... And she is in her upper 30s
@@ach4049 i mean if you had money and not take care of your skin it’s obvious that you’re gonna look old plus stress obviously contributed to that do you know how much shit has she gon trough
New reaction video in our new house! This is a rental, so it’s not our forever home but we’re going to settle in here for a bit. Do you guys like this setting for the videos? Also, thumbs up if you think I should buy one of those professional Lightstim devices! 🤗
Susan Yara lived the setting. It’s so calming.
Love the background
Susan, why didn’t you address the fact that she didn’t remove her makeup?
g___ I did. I said I don’t think she got her eye makeup off and said she’s selling a product that claims to remove makeup, so we’re likely not going to see her do a double cleanse.
Yes I did like it!
PLEASE critique the editor of bazaar’s skincare routine !! Titled “a beauty editors entire 19 step routine” 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽♥️♥️♥️
Ta Ma OMG is that the one where she is using the same dirty water out of a bowl? I couldn't get through it😑
She goes to the back of her neck because there are lymph nodes back there & there are benefits to massaging them. It’s part of the lymphatic drainage. I suspect that’s why she works all of her product downwards as well.
Paris has the longest neck...so gorgeous. She's definitely grown on me since her party girl days. lol
At this point I imagine Susan critiquing me when I’m doing my routines😂
Omg this is a lot of likes! I love you guys so much❤️😩
Kiwi 123 I think about Susan every time i use a makeup wipe 😭
Haha I do too! WWST? What would Susan think? 😁😂
SAAAMME😂😂
RDTProsk8er Hahaha. WWST? I love it.
LMFAO SAME
Paris said her serum “repairs your DNA cells.” I had rewind to verify that I heard that right. Sis, I’m - 😮
Samantha-M. But she’s a scientist! lol I can’t with her. I’ve never been a fan.
Lisa Locke lmao she’s trolling, exaggerating and acting dumb is literally her thing I think she’s well aware she’s not a scientists nor that her DNA is being repaired! Beneath that I actually think she’s super intelligent and business savvy lol
Faye Kinley Judging from my her facial expression and how bluntly she made that statement, I think she really meant it...
Seriously. I did a double-take when I heard and had to rewind. I’m shooketh.
I cringed for real omg 🙈 I hope she was joking!!
Tbh i dont think Paris thinks she was wrong when she said that it repairs your DNA cells😂😂😂
how did Susan not address the fact she said *repairs DNA cells* xD 17:34
@Francesca totally fangirling
@@Meowthatsright yeah lollll😂
Footstool Green well actually...yeah
am im the only one that doesnt know what the problem with repairing dna cells is?
Dr. Siracha DNA IS NOT A CEELLLLL. it is hereditary material stored inside a cell's nucleus, that cannot be _changed_ lol.
It honestly looks like she's not putting anything on her skin? Like she's just stroking her face each time.
like Susan said its probably because she's being filmed and doesn't want to look slathered on camera
I though the same thing!! I think shes pretending for the camera because shes vain and didnt want to be seen without at least some makeup on. Im glad im not the only one that picked up on that.
Yeah as if Paris would use her own products.
But so what?
@@CRG_ Well I would ask why pretend?
Suncreen and lip balm, those would be my two musts!
Sunscreen and aquaphor for me! Multipurpose :)
Good call!!!
Died at around 19:20 when she realized she was using her ‘real voice’ and changed back to her nasally voice
Lindseykins7 omg ikr
LOL
As an EXTREMELY fair and DRY skinned girl, my two must haves on a deserted island would be SUNSCREEN and vaseline/aquaphor as well!! Crucial!
Looooved this. When you said “she’s f*cking Paris Hilton” I lost it 😂😂😂
When Susan has intro with “I’m not here to be mean girl” you know she’s about to spill some tea. GIMME THE TEA
I like that she is gentle with her skin
As a biotechnologist, it really bothers me when someone makes a claim about a product, such as it repairing damaged cells, and does not further elaborate how it does that. Does the product have living enzymes that correct the error through base excision repair? She should go more in-depth about it because that’s one serious claim to make. There was this other skin care brand that claimed to have probiotics in their skincare when, in reality, it was just prebiotics. Those aren’t the same thing, they won’t do the same thing. So many claim things they don’t actually do.
Miss Briteside it really annoys me too. People like Paris probably hear this information from an esthetician who hears this from a talking points pamphlet on these products written by a marketing team who constructed the pamphlet from a memo from the lab. It's like the worst form of Chinese whispers. I'm pretty sure that the people who do the marketing generally have no biochemical fundamentals and it's just nativity instead of malicious.
Tui Guy-Williams Yeah, I agree. Some people have more dark reasoning like knowing it doesn’t work and wanting to make profit but others just aren’t informed and don’t intend to do any harm.
Exactly, we have repair mechanisms already in our body. I guess what these products do is prevent free radical damage. UV rays are known to cause DNA breakages,in that case they can literally call a sunscreen a product causing skin repair.
Exactly even if no harm is meant by the statement when. You know that many people are trusting you and you make such a bold statement you need to have more information behind it. I don't think that should have been brushed off so easily.
They do this all the time with hair products. Every single hair product that claims this is lying. Every single one. It’s impossible to repair damaged hair. You have to grow new hair lol. I still fail to understand how they get away with that shit.
I don't think she has sensitive skin, it seems a bit more reactive to me. It's common in people with fair skin tones, my skin gets pinkish after I touch it without any products.
Nikki Smith same..same.
I’d love to see a video on hormonal acne for teenagers and young adults ❤️
Noah Connolly yes pleaseeeee
Noah Connolly I agree! I have extremely difficult hormonal acne and it is quite frustrating.
Yes please
A skincare routine won’t cure your hormonal acne, TRUST ME. you need to either visit a dermatologist for a prescription or get on the Curology bandwagon- that stuff saved my skin. Hormonal acne starts from the inside so also make sure you’re eating well and avoiding all dairy products!
s stingwray you say a skincare routine won’t help yet you talk about Curology- a topical agent..
Seeing Paris look exactly like she did 15 years ago just brought on this weird wave of nostalgia for me. I never was a huge fan of hers but she was definitely one of the major celebrities during my formative teen years. We've all grown up so much since then and I love how relaxed and happy she seems to be :) Perfect proof that you can be a wild party girl in your youth and still end up sane & happy ;)
The 'caviar lime' (citrus australasica) is an Australian native that produces a 'finger lime', which when opened has all little light green/pinky-red capseals running down the length of the 'finger' (which is the size of a finger. Obviously!)
It has LOADS of Vitamin C. The type that is great in skincare lines. (As well as other things)
I was in esethician school and it's true the weekly facials go a long way I would invest in this & lymphatic drainage, gua sha, microneedling, chemical peels before botox! Skincare is very simple but deep.
Anyone else realizes that Kim's tone and way of speaking is so similar to Paris? That same soft, soothing voice, however Paris is flirty while Kim is just shady lol
I’m just wondering how she doesn’t get her sleeves wet when she’s washing her face. 🤔
I just love how ICONIC is PARIS for our generation + i Love how extraaa is she in her routine...and I didnt expect less from her!
Reacte to Kourtney Kardashians routine please!!!
She did
If you look closely you can see that she has filler around the nasolabial folds or lower cheeks! But it’s very well placed and natural looking.

Lindsay Duncan I love that
“She is Paris f***ing Hilton” 😂😂😂😂! You’re the best Susan ❤️
I am an esthetician myself and I love to use clear gel masks on my client underneath the led light therapy! The led light helps with product penetration of the mask, but it does have to be a clear/ non- setting mask.
Paris Hilton is and her dog are just the whole package. Love her.

“repairs your dna cells” that hurt 😭😭😭
"The whole world wants it" flips hair. Unapologetically Paris
I’m with you - SPF and lip balm 👍🏻 (aquaphor would be a contender for the lip balm).

The pro light stem is so extra. Loves it ❤️
I looked into her skincare line and it actually looked promising! I’ll never knock another woman’s hustle
Caviar lime is fingerlime. Biologique Recherche uses this extract in their lotion P50 PIGM400!
You get your light stem Susan!! You do deserve it
Mary Neal Well thank you! I’m trying to figure out how to make it a 2020 goal. 😛
This is probably my favorite reaction video of yours. Watching you fangirl over Paris was the cutest thing ever. I've always liked Paris cause she doesn't claim to be anyone but herself. Take her or leave her, she is consistent a bout who she is. She also seems really down to earth for someone so filthy rich.
On an island, I'd have moisturizer which includes SPF and an eye serum.
I aspire to the level of bougie that I have a red light machine in my bathroom too Susan 😂😭

I love watching these videos! I’ve learned so much about skin care. Before that, I knew that I needed to wash my face and that I needed to apply sunscreen. I had heard about serums but it seemed too confusing for me and the way that you explain why to use them (and how) has been so much help for me! I appreciate you honesty on what is not absolutely necessary and how you make an effort to include products for different budgets. I think if you just did fancy products, I wouldn’t care to watch.
I am Loosing my Freaking Mind over your reactions to this video. Especially after the Burning Man comment. You are so right about her. She is in such a different level. Loved how you commented on her neck. While watching the video my mind was just zeroing in when she applied products to her neck. It’s like one of those old sculptures, y’know?
I agree with your thoughts about scented products, for me part of my skin care is just taking some time to take a deep breath and relax!
Thank you so much for these videos! I enjoy them so much!
Paris’s voice is so asmr 😴 literally nodding my head while watching this (mean this in a good way!).
Omg I can't disagree with this enough. Her voice is so annoying that I can barely listen to it. It's all an affectation (vocal fry, Kim Kardashian sounds exactly the same). It's like a croak sound. 🤮
This is like Kylie Jenner with her skincare. I highly doubt they actually use the products that they sell. Of course great marketing on their part!
I consider their & most other celeb brands to be very mass market, even though Paris always inserts a very luxe appeal. I too expect her to use higher tier. They launch whole, over-financed lines, instead of fewer/individual products that feel invented out of necessity. I’d expect high standards out of Paris & idk if we could say this stuff is everything she ever wanted out of skincare
I think it's become what the series is about...marketing lines.
Susan you look stunniiiiiiiiig after baby no 2 gorgeous!! Happy holidays to everybody
Love this! Think Paris Hilton is lovely! Thanks for all the tips
I've been waiting for this, thank you 🥰💕
Uh...Did anyone else think the Foreo kinda looked like a sex toy?? No? Just me...
I think 90% of ppl think that.
Ruby Rayne yep 😂
There are definitely some clitoris stimulating toys that look pretty much like this.
Foreo and Lelo were founded by the same dude, so their stuff have pretty much the same designs
Why do people make these boring comments.

Thank you for reacting to Paris' routine! I'm one of your subscribers who asked for this, so thank you! I'm happy she mentioned the back of the neck 👌 but I have to say, during the day would be the best time to treat the back of the neck, specifically with sunscreen! I have always had short hair too, and the back of the neck REALLY needs sunscreen!
