I listen to this audio every day and also the other one about love and for the last 4 or 5 days I have been repeating these affirmations to myself sometimes in the mirror: "I love my face, I love my body, I love my life, I love being me". The best thing is that I feel good about myself and I'm not so anxious about a partner.
