It's a slightly good attention to detail that Kat & Ana Ground-Pounded/Stomped on Cractus' head which was the main way to hurt him back in Wario Land 4
It was a way to quick kill, a standard jump on the noggin worked too.

4:59 If you go to the Temple and view the Hand Model Form Tips, they have a whole THREE pages on the correct posture, and basically four whole tips like "make sure no objects are behind your hand, make sure your hand is shown in the center" and so on and so forth. Goes to show how confident they were in this thing working. xD

Funny thing about Cractus, in the Japanese version it has a slightly different name than the one in Land 4. So it might not be the exact one from that game, but a member of the same species. Still a nice callback.
The thing at around 14:43 was to untangle the joycon straps if you were flipping them the same way each time.

When I saw the plant the first time I thought of Cractus, but it took the name reveal to make me laugh and smile like an idiot! A Wario Land 4 boss on a WarioWare game!!!?? AND MY FAVORITE ONE TOO!??

Jimmy's boss microgame is very janky
when they tell you to flip, they actually expect you to make your joycon go from buttons-up to buttons-down and vice-versa
and like, when your hand runs out of battery, they make you dangle your joycon (like they do after the game, win or lose), and that's actually to address the fact that
when you flip your joycon over and over, it can cause your strap to twist upon itself, so that's how they make you untwist it

@@goshatorRemakes are a great way to gauge interest in a new entry for a long dormant series. 2D Metroid tried it with Samus Returns, F-Zero’s trying it with 99 (kinda), Paper Mario’s trying it with TTYD. Wario Land could try it, as well.
@@artisiole325 pretty sure TTYD is a remaster, not a remake, and F-Zero 99 definitely isn't one either
Either way, I agree with your point about them often being good entry places for newcomers, but so many remasters and remakes end up feeling unnecessary or worse than the original (though that's rare in Nintendo's case). We have some good ones like Metroid Zero Mission, which makes Metroid 1 actually good, but most of the time the source material is good enough on its own.
Wish Nintendo would just make a proper Virtual Console so people could get the classics they want and Nintendo focused on new games
They will give exclusive stages to sidekick characters like Master Mantis, Red and 5-Volt, but Joe still has to be under Mona's wing.

Honestly sometimes I forget the Joycon even has a camera, the most I can recall it being used in is Brain Age, and even then its decently jank. Maybe the newer models have a better camera, but having minigames rely on it seems a bit unfair in some cases.
