I guess I just have to blame the current music scene for why this band hasn’t absolutely taken off. Baffling.
My friends and I were just yesterday joking about how every newer band is influenced by Deftones at some point. Today it was Boston Manor's turn to channel them. :)
Bossy Manor have always been influenced by Deftones throughout most of their albums... they've said endless times in interviews, and I feel like it shows in most of their music. Especially this one! Which I have to say... fucking RIPS!!!!

Indeed weird development generally. Having grown up in the 90s with Chino & Co. I cannot say I'm not happy about these musical quotations but somehow I miss creative bands these days. Some copy Architects, some copy BMTH, some copy Blink-182 (and "save" Pop-Punk 🙄), some copy Deftones (Ocean Grove were quite present with the sound a few years ago). There's hardly anything new just like NuMetal, Crossover or Funk Metal. I wish bands would invest more time in the creative process and less in thinking how to make fast money (not blaming Boston Manor though).

You guys stopped by my parts store in Wisconsin a few years ago and I changed a headlight in your van. Been following ever since and this is the best I’ve heard since Be Nothing. It’s been really cool to see your fan base grow to what it is now 🤙🏻
Reminds me of all NYHC bands going alternative in the 90s (Quicksand, Orange 9mm, Helmet, Glassjaw, Into Another, Baby Gopal, Handsome) and of course my favorite band Deftones
90s HC was amazing
Handsome only released one album in 1997 and then split up. But oh what an incredible album it was. It is still one of my all time favourite albums 😊❤️
