Could cut some off the end that gose into the intercooler to bring the pipe in closer to the core support so its a tighter fit 👍 but as long as the bumper fits and the tire dosent hit wen u turn then ur gucci
Any round shape is inherently going to have a tendency to catch a bandsaw blade with aluminum being even worse with our soft it is. It can be pretty dangerous so always good practice to clamp any round stuff you are cutting.
The turbo inlet is 2”, regardless if the intercooler piping was bigger it still has to travel through a 2” section, so it shouldn’t be any less restrictive

You should definitely keep the e throttle! Also you can get e throttle adapter to suit slip on silicone hose, I have one on mine and works perfectly

Are there dividers in both end tanks on the intercooler? If not, its wrong way around because the divided side is the inlet side
