I have negative thoughts too. I'm in first year of my law school and when is saw the books, i started wondering will i able go do this, this is a lot. I always had problem with self belief, i doubt myself a lot even doing maths i check at least 3 times on calculater that i did the equation right. And then there is daydream, it felt so good when you daydream that life which you can never achieve but feeling that you're there is amazing feeling. What i started to do is what you told in one of your vlog(if I'm right it was you), we need to realise that we're getting distracted. It is working for me.

I feel if I tell others they will think I an overreacting .I am happy you opened up yejin cause I am sure many of us realised that we are not alone and this phase is not permanent .Better days are to come some sooner or later.. anyways love you yejin :))

If you have lots of thoughts the best thing to do is to go for a walk or take a shower. :) after you took a short break you can actually focus a lot better. Nonstop studying is not productive, same like skipping sleep.
Whenever I go through such breakdown I prefer listening to music which will energize me and then think all this effort will pay back someday. Small doubt have u ever seen 3 idiots movie?
