Kneeling pad a must for almost any job.
I totally agree 100%!!
Mine don’t have screws
No screws at all? Maybe you unscrew the entire grid & it might have threads under it?
So cool, I have been using the same tool for years to clean out my shower drain!... A disgusting job, nonetheless... My screw heads were getting stripped so the last time I cleaned it, I just left the screws out - no need for them. The drain cover fits in nicely - no problem...
I want to get the tool, what is it called?
Good thought if it stays in place...like yours!
Hmmm not sure but you can get it at most local hardware stores or even like an auto parts store. I don't use it very much but when I need it I'm glad I have it!
Good information thanks. Tool you used called Mechanical Fingers
Yes this "tool" works great for when I need it. I don't use it much but for something like this I love it!
Where do you get the grabbing tool you are using?
I think I got this grabbing tool at a hardware store but you can get them at an auto parts store as I've seen them there too. I don't use this tool much but when I do I need it! I have lots of DIY videos you will appreciate to save your money. Just go to my main CZcams channel page then click on playlists then scroll down & you will see all the things you didn't know that you could do & save your money on. You WILL save your money this I know. Try it!
And I also use a long skinny flathead screwdriver to scrape the crud from the sides of the drain pipe - then the tool removes whatever fell back into the drain trap.. I'm gonna use a round bottle cleaner brush attached to a drill to clean more crud off of the pipe. That's what makes it smell bad...
Nice thoughts for sure. Great job!
Whats the name of the tool u use to grab the hair with
Not sure the exact name but I think you can get them at the Home Depot or Lowes & some autoparts stores should have something similar too! works great!
What’s that little snake tool called ?
I forget what the snake like little tool is called but you should be able to get at any auto parts store & sometimes I've seen these at like Lowes or The Home Depot in the tool area....works great!
