@@2008july4 I paid over 5k$ for 1 week per 1 person, now same hotel cost over 10k$. But you can choose cheaper hotels or more expensive depends from your needs. Have a nice trip to Bora Bora :)

Hello, in some places is recommended to avoid injury. If water is looking good you may not use.
I live in french polynesia and i Can tell you that i Always Wear shoes when it's beach with coral 😊
When I went to Moorea and Bora Bora we were advised to wear reef walkers as the coral can cut your feet and some of the creatures on the bottom can sting you.
My name is beach bum and I've never seen people wear water shoes nor do I know the reason why.
