Ridge gourd - 1, peeled and chopped
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 2 cup

Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Jeera/cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curryleaves - 10
Garlic - 3 cloves, chopped
Green chilli - 2, chopped
Onion - 1/4 cup, chopped
Tomato - 1, chopped
Coriander leaves - few chopped
Water as needed

What oil have u used ?..we generally cook in desi ghee
For chapathi I use olive oil or corn oil.
