Silent Scream - Ep 3 Stolen Faces

Stolen Faces examines the devastating experiences of acid attack victims in the city of Phnom Penh and Delhi, through their personal stories of trauma, recovery, hope and survival.
Acid attack survivor, Kong Touch (53), is an incredibly strong woman from Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia who’s adamant that survivors should bring their perpetrators to justice even if it takes time. Meanwhile, in New Delhi, India, Laxmi (23) was brutally attacked with acid at the age of 15 by a 32 year old man who she rejected, when he proposed marriage. She is now the face of a Campaign aimed at bringing acid violence to an end. Stolen Faces portrays the true stories of women on a journey to regain more than just their appearances.
