I did mine the same. I did it slowly over a few days, a few cans at a time, let it cure and repeat. Used 6 cans in total (£35 quid roughly)

Hmm..not sure I thought about using that. Good idea. I would think it would take awhile for the foam to cure without much air. I had a can unload in a bucket and it was still soft in the middle days later.

Hi still working fine I have now put it away for winter, it's a little better at holding heat but heavy to take off put back on.
I have also put about 70mm polystyrene base which is better at holding the heat.

Yes but air soon went so I topped up with more foam.
