I’m 39 now with no career after pandemic. I was an ex ofw in UAE as travel consultant for 11 years. And Now I am starting again. Ano po maadvise mo sa isang senior at 60s na pede pa mag VA? kc even at my age i still want to work para updated pa din ako. Hindi din kc sapat ang ret benefits ko na naipon. . I am once an adm secretay before and other work exp.
Kaso sa dami ng mas bata mas gusto ng clients. Saka wala pa akong exp sa va dahil ngaun lang naman nagboom ang va. But im doing in my spare time valuablr to stay updated sa mga tools or tech savvy and social media trends hoping may maghire pa din sa akin not bec of my age but about my skills.

What can you say about having a toxic work environment when you have pinoy co-workers? What do you think is the proper way to deal with crab mentality and superiority, and being bullied as newbie?
In my experience, I've found that keeping a professional approach is important when dealing with these kinds of challenges. If there's an issue, I try to address it calmly and with valid points, or else I just ignore it. I've been a newbie myself so, I understand that perspective but I make a conscious effort to stay positive, focus on my tasks, and excel in my role because I think this not only demonstrates my commitment but also minimizes potential conflicts. Also, don't forget to be respectful always.
