Why reporters are arguing to protect rioters (unless you classified them as peaceful rioter)? i see this is the key in the argument. i applaud the officer in the middle, he didn't lose his control throughout. To those reporters pressing police to respond on 'undercover', my opinion is that, police are tasked to use means deem necessary to handle a situation. It is not unacceptable for police to be undercover in this riot. What is police ultimate purpose to go undercover? Did the police do that for their personal gain or for the public peace? Some reporters asked, "will there still be any undercover?". Have you lost sight you are just a reporter, not interrogator? You don't have rights to dictate how police carry out their works, unless it is unreasonable, unethical, unacceptable. in view of how the reporters behave, future conference should have one condition, e.g., anyone interrupt the flow more than once, should be asked to leave the conference.
