The only real nerfs Cloud got were a few limit nerfs and a nerf to his n-air and up air. Yet that was all it took to bring him from #2 in the game to low high-tier.

I find Blacktwins' clip especially impressive because it's usually pretty difficult to edgeguard at that angle, against an armoured recovery in Cypher no less, and he keeps coming to ledge and back for more until he can line up a Fair reliably.
