I have a trip planned for riding from DC to Erie PA to the Great Lakes and then heading west to Chicago myself. I enjoyed this video a whole bunch Rho! Your enthusiasm has got me pumped for my trip.

@@RidingWithRho Thanks! I'm trying to do three rides this summer season and maybe early fall. One is to ride to GA outside of Savannah and go to St. Simons Island then attend one of Robert Simmons practice sessions. I've already done two in MD.

@@RidingWithRho Well if it works out then I'll be down there too. Only thing is that I might be trailering there. It's a 12 hr ride from the DC area and my girl wants to go. She ain't too big on riding 12 hrs in August heat with no A/C. LOL! If I she changes her mind and don't want to go, then I'm riding! Pros and cons to trailering though, arrive a bit fresher I guess. Pack and not worry about brining too much to fit in a bike. It would be the first time I've ever trailered a bike in 26 years of riding and it goes against my sense to do it! But, gotta keep you ladies happy or we're not gonna be! LOL

Major milestone. How long was the ride and was there anything you would do differently? It looks like the weather was very nice. Could you hear the water from where you stayed?
Most definitely. 11.5 hours to get there. The weather was perfect after the first couple hours. I wouldn’t do anything differently except try to find another route cuz Highway 219 going through PA and NY was TRASSSSHHHH!!! I couldn’t hear the water from the hotel but I could get a little peek if I went up to the top floor.
Really enjoyed this video. I live reasonably close to Niagara Falls and have been there many times. In fact, my wife and I got married there. So, it was cool to see so many familiar sights.

Congratulations on riding your motorcycle to Canada i know it was a great accomplishment i just recently rode my motorcycle from Philly to Sturgis south Dakota for the motorcycle rally 3 days to get there and 3 days back the only drawback from those trips that ride is hard on your body i don't want to see or ride a motorcycle for at least a month 😫😫 personally i will never do a ride like that again also this is my 2nd time doing that ride I rode there last year also but it is definitely and accomplishment
