What I love so much, is their powerful stance. They never try to copy male power, they are true lionesses, totally confident in what they do.

I was able to attend their Charlotte show in May this year, and I just got back from the Chicago Park West show and the Minneapolis show.
It might have been a bit too much for my body (20 hours of driving all combined) but totally worth it! I love the additional solo battles they are adding into Hate? in the live shows now. They also killed it at Lollapalooza, and videos of their performance are getting lots of views on TikTok and CZcams.

Love this song. I love this direction from them. It's heavy but not metal; still a hard rock song, just with super thick guitars. Of course Kanami's solo is great, but the beautiful bridge immediately after is really where her genius thrives. Once again, she blends something so heavy and rockin', caps it off with a solo and then manages to shift the entire song into this beautiful melody that would be a worthy song in its own right and then it effortlessly ramps right back up for the end. It's not like it's a wholly unique or original concept; she just executes it perfectly so often that it's a trademark of her compositions.

Welcome to the great Akane Hirose Show! 🌟🔥
The song serves as the ending for the 2nd season of the action/fighting anime 'Kengan Ashura' and the lyrics are probably very related to it.

You've missed a lot seemingly. The North American Tenth Anniversary Tour Part II is well under way with an amazing performance at Lollapalooza under their belt. I believe Portland is tonight.

They are not performing "Shambles" during this u>S. tour. Once they get back to Japan, they may perform it live at one of the venues there. It still is an awesome song!

They have not played this song live yet. It may have a restriction from the anime side (this is the ending song for the anime "Kengan Asura 2" the broadcasting of which will start Sept. 21st).
Btw, I have watched the vlogs of your Japan tour. I'm glad that you and your family had a wonderful experience during your stay in Japan👍😉

I got the feeling they were surprised as much as anyone with the release date. In one interview it was brought up and Saiki seemed concerned that they were gonna play it in Chicago. That leads me to believe they had not rehearsed it for live yet. She probably hadn't even committed the words to memory yet.

@@jeffersoncosgrove1910 In a recent Miku's TikTok live stream, she mentioned that it all depends on how Sai-chan feels about it (when she was asked by a fan about the possibility of playing "Shambles" during their current US tour). It means that there is no restriction from the anime side, and there still is a possibility that Maids may play it during this tour😉

Yes, Shambles is the Akane show with special guest stars Kanami, MISA, Saiki and Miku. But wait! Was it really the Kanami show, because she wrote the song and played it with such forcefulness and exquisite abandon. Or was it the MISA show because without MISA, the rapturous drive of the song would be a ride on four flat tires. Or was it the Saiki show because she focused the sonic chaos into a song with melodies that could express Miku's lyrics like no other singer could. Without Saiki, Shambles might sound like a familiar instrumental. Or was it the Miku show because, damn, she wrote the lyrics, played the important rhythm parts, and added her unique brand of backup vocals that have become a defining "sixth instrument" of Band-Maid.
So exactly whose show was it? It was the Maid's show, as usual! 🤘🎀🤘 Thx, Angelina!

MISA hung out on the "B" string of her bass for most of the song. She has probably the best bass tone of any bassist out there other than maybe Les Claypool. And as you said, Akane is just so freaking fast. I have been saying this for a while now, but Band-Maid is currently the BEST live touring band. Others may be as close, but for now, these Ladies are the B-E-S-T
