    We do this drill too but we do it where we start at the wall swim to the middle of the pool do a flip turn and keep going to the other side then we do a flip turn at the wall push off the wall get to the middle of the pool flip again and keep swimming to the other side once we get to the other side we do a flip turn instead of touching the wall and stopping but then after that flip turn at the wall we don’t push off we just stop so it is like a 4 flip turn drill hope that made sense🤣

    I often do double flip to get that 100% effort. Perhaps i try this to make things harder.

    Hey Lindsey, have you heard of a brand called swimmers best? They make paddles and other swimming equipment designed to improve various shortfalls in technique. I resently stumbled upon one of their videos on youtube and wanted to try their poducts but no one i know has tried or even heard of them and I did not find any reviews on youtube as yet. Just wandering if you are aware of the brand or have used any of their stuff.🏊‍♂️❤🏊‍♂️

    Do you have any tips for the 500 free and the 100 fly? I am doing it in a month at a meet and I haven't done it before. I'm kinda nervous so do you have any tips?

      It's all about the technique. Just focus on ur techniques and the strategy is really important, for me for long distances every 50 I spirit the first 15 and last 15 mts and use the turn like 5-6 kicks and the rest of the 20mts I just swim a moderate this helped me swim a 3:55 in the 400 so just focus on your techniques and focus on those turns
