I think a Guinness Book Company should go out and announce the smallest apartment in the world! And also on the highest floor in the world! And also the most luxurious and sophisticated apartment in the world! This will be a crazy new Guinness record !!!

I would of put a small sliding window on 2and floor where you could get out to a small walk around balcony which would give shade for the 1st floor

It is better if there is a room downstairs in exchange for the couch since the stairs to the loft is steep.
