I'm an ER n ICU resident since last 3 months and I try to write a good notes but nobody really evr told me how to do so.. In fact I face d same problem explained in this video whn I'm unable to understand others notes or sometimes it's unreadable handwriting.. May b it's due to more number patients per resident it sometimes get difficult here.. N everybody complains dt I'm slow while Taking rounds as I try to write n ask more.. Bt thanks for your detailed video now I won't blame myself n would add 1st n 6th point to my notes❤ keep making more such informative videos❤

I have been in major problems coz of the notes I hope if I apply the way u have explained here I may improve coz I still can’t get the protocols I usually write neatly issues and vitals still the impact of my notes is not upto the mark !! Thanks for this video !! And even others they have helped me a lot in passing the theory examination . Can u please make a video on insertion of lines / IAP MONITORING / zeroing arterial line !! Will be obliged ..
